I usually like Wingstop, but my visit to this location was awful because of one employee named Lydia. From the moment I walked in, she had a bad attitude — rushing me, cutting me off while I tried to order, and even raising her voice when I asked for a second to look at the menu. She was rude and made me feel super uncomfortable for no reason. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for how she treated me. Her tone and attitude completely ruined my experience, and honestly, I won’t be coming back to this location again because of it. Management really needs to address how customers are being treated here.

I placed an order that included the Louisiana Voodoo Cheese Fries, but the fries were delivered without any cheese. I called to report the issue, but was placed on hold for over 15 minutes without anyone picking up. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. I hope this can be addressed and improved going forward.

WORST LOCATION IN HOUSTON! Extremely poor customer service, cold/undercooked chicken, no resolutions offered to customers when their employees make errors. The assistant manager Stephanie laughed on the phone call about my concerns, refused to tell me the name of the previous employee I spoke with who was very rude, told me a cook is the phone who answers the phones, as well as not allowing me to contact the general manager. I will NEVER eat here again. Save your money!

We ordered from Wingstop and our total was $53 and we only had cash. I was not able to place my order online because it required a payment, so I ordered over the phone. I drove to the store for them to tell me they could not give me my food because they had no change. My change would have been $46. What kind of establishment does not have enough change to give a customer $46? I told her what was I supposed to do. She said, I’m sorry, I went to the bank and have no change. I then went to the bank that was right behind the shopping strip, which was Brazos Valley Credit Union, but they were unable to make change as well since I am not a member. I then had to drive all the way back to work to grab my debit card which was very inconvenient. When I got back I appreciated that they remade my fry’s but has cold chicken. Super disappointing.

If I could give this place 0 – ZERO stars I would. I just called to let them know they fried a FLY into the chicken and they wanted us to drive the food back in order to have it remade or a refund. Why would I ever want food from this establishment after they fried a bug into our dinner. Since the manager wanted “proof” here’s your picture. I’ll be processing a charge back.

Terrible, undercooked fries. We stopped coming to this location years ago for this same reason and apparently this location hasn’t changed. I even ordered well done, but I still had to put them in the oven in order to finish cooking them.

This was my 1st time visiting this Wingstop and I can really say the food and service was GREAT. I came from the Wingstop on FM 2234 which is close to my house and I can honestly say all the times I visited it I never received the quality of food or great service. This night I was so upset with them at FM 2234 that I canceled my order and I drove to this Wingstop on 7260 Hwy 6 and was Greatly impressed. I Will Be Driving To This Wingstop On 7260 Hwy 6 Moving Forward. My wings were not hard or dried out, I was able to get ALL FLATS with no problem and the wings and fries were Seasoned Perfectly.
