I’ve got a 30 minute drive ahead but my fries already have chz on them. Every other place usually places the chz on the side to prevent it from making a mess and getting soggy. 1star is definitely fair for some fries that can’t be re heated.

Horrible experience. The chicken was cold, bone-dry, and overcookedso crispy it was hard to chew. Absolutely no juiciness or flavor at all. The fries were completely drowned in seasoning and insanely salty, to the point they were inedible. On top of that, my order was WRONG. I paid for 15 wings and only received 10. Cold food, bad quality, and missing itemsthis was a total waste of money. Do better.

Visited this location for the first time today at lunch. They were relatively busy with a few tables waiting for their order and had a steady flow of delivery drivers that came in to pick up orders while we waited for our order. The young man that took our order was pleasant and friendly. We spent about $40 on two bone-in combo meals, which seemed higher than I remember but prices have been going up everywhere. We waited about 20 minutes for our food which felt like a long time, but the standard wait for an online order is 16-20 minutes. Knowing that and that it was lunch time, the wait really wasn’t too bad, we were just really hungry. They have one of those coke machines where you have like 10,000 options, which is nice lol Our wings were just as we ordered!! Original hot, garlic parmesan, hot honey rub, and cajun rub. The fries were a bit over cooked even for extra crispy, but overall the meal came out as ordered. The chicken was cooked to a desirable done mess and they were tossed in sauce and rub as we expected. As we’ll be spending more time in the area, we’ll definitely be back!

Worst experience of my life. I placed an order online for pick up around 10:30pm. We had just gotten home from a soccer game and we were craving wings so thought Wingstop. I placed a $95 order and when we picked it up and brought it home we were so disappointed. Livid. We had wings that were not even seasoned. They were DRY AND PLAIN. We did not have any hot honey rub, or lemon pepper wings. Our tenders WERE NOT EVEN TOSSED. They had the sauce just poured on top, they weren’t even fully covered. Our fries were not extra crispy and the seasoning was just added on top very clearly not tossed. We got a bunch of balls of breading. It all looked terrible. I understand that they close at 11 but definitely not a reason to produce this time of quality food. Never again. We have written a complaint and hope some type of compensation because it was $95 for a whole family and it was soooo disappointing.

So I was very disappointed with everything at Wingstop tonight I most generally go to the Huntsville location Tonight I went to the Willis location when I ordered my food online and said wait time was 15 minutes. About 3 minutes after I placed my order I had went inside and told the gentleman at the cash register to please make sure and let them know that everything on the order supposed to be well done I then sat inside for 25 to 30 minutes which I was okay with I was like well not a big deal after getting my food I then checked my food I had two regular fries which were supposed to both be larges I was missing one of my wings, And nothing was well done fries or wings I also did not get the extra seasoning on my fries when I asked about the size of my fries the guy at the front the cashier got an attitude with me and told me it has nothing to do with him He’s only been working there for 3 weeks so the shift lead told me that I was only supposed to have eight boneless wings and he tried to show me that on my receipt and then when he tried to show me that he seen that it was nine after realizing he was wrong at some point he had went and got my other wing and then just sat it on the counter not even telling me that it was done or here you go sir no sorries no apologies at all the fries were never corrected I’m still missing the large blue cheese I was supposed to get and I just really can’t believe after spending a little over $50 that the service was so poor when I was leaving I told the gentleman I’ll be contacting your GM tomorrow he shrugged his shoulder smile and said have a good night so hopefully the GM will remedy this

Show up at 10 pm, they have 2 hours till close. Every table has chairs up. I asked if they could put chairs down for me, and he did but only one. Then I didn’t even get my drink filled and some lady already put the chair up. I can’t pick chairs up right now because of an injured back. I feel like they don’t want people eating in. There is 2 hours left why is the dining being shut down like this? And if I ask if the chairs can be put down please don’t only take one down, literally don’t want to be eating with the bottoms of the chair (dirtiest) part in my face.

Did a pickup order for the first time. We did the 20 boneless wing deal that have going on right now several of the wings are a good size, several are chicken nugget size then several are just bits of fried breading the size of a quarter. We ordered Louisiana voodoo fries and it clearly showed on the receipt what flavoring and my husband had to spell it out so we could get what we paid for. There is very little flavor on the wings themselves most of it is on the bottom of the container. We will not be back. See picture for a “boneless wing”…

This place is ok. We were going to eat there once but the door alarm was loud and annoying. We mostly get take out and also tip healthy. Yet, the service is iffy depending on who is working and who you are.
They tend to forget items from the order and are skimpy on the flavor they are suppose to add to the chicken. Sometimes the chicken has extra connective tissue which is less than appetizing and they either skimp on the veggies or forget that part of the order.
