This location is always hit or miss. My only problem with them is the fries, they ook different almost every time I go, amd sometimes the wings don’t have seasoning on them, It’s like they melt off or something. So I started getting the strips because they are usually more consistent with seasoning. Yesterday I got honey hot (my favorite)and new flavor sriracha honey. It was okay, the flavor was okay, it wasn’t too hot but waaaay too much sauce and the sauce was really thick.

I really appreciate the cashier at Wingstop! It was the first time my wife tried Wingstop — I ordered 6-piece wings with the Original Hot flavor, but she didn’t realize that the wings come fried, not crispy, so she didn’t like them much. All the employees were kind and offered to replace the order, but my wife said it was fine. We were about to leave when the cashier noticed the situation. He was so understanding and kindly insisted that we let him know what we’d like instead. He ended up giving us 6-piece Original Extra Fried wings, and they were perfect! Everyone there was very respectful, kind, and helpful. Great service and great people!

I had a great experience at this Wingstop location! It was a pleasure to see Ricky not only keeping everything running smoothly, but also taking the time to train other employees. He handled it all with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude. He was super friendly to everyone who walked in, and you could tell he really cares about creating a good atmosphere. It has a low rating for a reason .. my husband ordered a 6 piece regular wing one of his wings was hard like burnt chicken , we were missing a fry order and the food was cold by the time we got it I got a 6 piece boneless wing and I took a bite and realized one was still pink in the middle immediately spit it out check your food if you use this location to pickup your food !

I went with my kiddos to eat here after church service and we were greeted by Mr.Antonio. He welcomed us and was super nice, this is the reason I am even making a review. I been here before but that young man made our day! He made sure we had everything we needed like napkins and silverware. The atmosphere was great and the place was clean! I went into Wingstop tonight and spent around $40 on chicken wings, and the experience was terrible from start to finish.
I was told my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, my 5-piece wings were sitting on their side, with grease leaking out of the box and soaking through the bag, all over the ranch cups that I paid $1.50 EACH for. Absolutely disgusting and careless food handling.
To make it worse, when I asked for my order and said it was for Matt , the girl behind the counter just said “OK” and shoved a cup in my hand — no confirmation, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Zero customer service.
For the amount of money Wingstop charges now, this level of quality and attitude is unacceptable. Greasy mess, ruined paid items, and employees who clearly don’t care. This place has gone downhill fast.
I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend wasting your money here.

I can’t say enough good things about this Wingstop location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated like a valued guest. The staff here is fast, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your order is perfect.

Ordered ahead of time since I only get 30 min for lunch place was empty still had to wait on fries. The guy messed up instead of making fries for two orders he needed to fill he shorted both of us. Then I get to work open my wings and they’re swimming in butter oil, no lemon pepper in sight.

The one time where it was free 5 wings for the day when you buy some chicken or something online (wing day)was great too there was like 30 people waiting at the front counter waiting and i think the employees handled it great for the most part got my order but didn’t get the extra 5 free wings I ordered online but i ain’t care i didn’t pay for them .the workers were probably stressed.
