Worst service from “Jessie”. Worst attitude ive seen and i am a manager in the industry. Wouldn’t have her on my team at all! If you think guests deserve that attitude then this place will keep losing customers. Starting from being upset that change had to be made to taking the order over the phone at 1115p.m you don’t lose for nearly an hour! Can’t answer the phone after three calls made. This is not a manager/shift lead/staff member I’d continue to have.

Person with short hair was extremely rude when placing. There was no line and she huffed and puffed like she had a whole line to attend. DO NO RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Hire people that actually want to do their job. Also, restaurant was extremely dirty. Paper towels everywhere.

Extremely unprofessional management. I was charged $58.83 for 3 wing combos with delivery service. All three combos were missing sides from orders and I was compensated $4.50 and a promise to be “wrote down in the book”. Instead of just comping our meal and doing the right thing, management told me there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to come pick up the rest of the food another time. I called back numerous times to the point where one guy told me I could come get 3 free wing combos on them, just to call back and be denied of picking them up. I asked the lady on the phone how much the sides rang up for and she replied “$33.00.” This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Customer service is awful & a joke. Thanks for the $4.50 that really cannot buy a pack of gum in this economy. Will not be coming back.

They often don’t drain the grease from the chicken well enough. I got a sandwich and the bun was soaked with grease. A few other times I got some wings from this location and there was an excessive amount of grease in the Styrofoam container. The bone in wings also often have a noticeable amount of feathers. It’s a shame because the food can be good if it’s properly washed and drained after being cooked. The only time it comes out right is if I go in and order in person and request it not to have feathers and to be drained properly.
To follow up, we trusted they got better from feedback at this location after a few successful orders in person. On September 14, 2024 around 5:45 pm they sent us boxes of soggy chicken wings swimming in grease after we ordered from Uber eats. It took time to get the name of the cook (Juanita )out of the person who answered the phone. She tried to ask a million questions about what flavor we got etc ..as if it should matter. They are rude employees and they seem to think they are slopping hogs rather than feeding humans.

Greasy wings and “boneless wings”. Fries were very stale and hard, like a week old fries that were sitting in a car. Mango habanero boneless wings were ok. Everything else had lots grease, wayyyy too much salt, or not properly seasoned (like little rub seasoning). Headache after eating. Very dirty inside when picked up the food. No napkins and had a roll of bathroom napkins. Waste of calories and money. Save your coins and disappointment and go somewhere else.

I recently visited Wingstop and had a fantastic experience, all thanks to Jessi. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was super helpful while I chose my order. Jessi took the time to recommend some of her favorite flavors, which made the decision so much easier. I really appreciated her patience and friendly attitude. The wings were delicious, and the service was quick. Overall, I had a great time, and Jessi made it even better! I’ll definitely be coming back.
