I ordered a sandwich thru uber eats asking for it to be well-done, an extra sauce and a brownie at around 4pm. It took over 40 minutes for it to be delivered, and when it arrived, I didnt get the extra cheese sauce I asked for, the brownie was about to expire and to to make it worse, the sandwich was very cold and the buns werent even toasted. You could feel that the person who made it didnt care about quality at all and just wanted to get rid of the doordash. This is unacceptable

1/6 – 11:20AM : Order prepared, payment system went down, staff did not inform me until after. Staff said they couldn’t help and I Left without food. This is completely irresponsible the way they treated me. It was disgusting. Those two guys were sitting there, laughing not even paying attention to what they were doing. When I asked where the manager was to resolve this, they said that they were the manager. Obviously they were lying. I had to use my break and wait 20 minutes to leave without any food. They should not be working at the counter and if systems are down, it is the companies responsibility to resolve it not the customer.

WOW THIS WINGSTOP HAS ME SPEECHLESS. One of the best stores i have been to, the food was immaculate the service was on point. I recommend yall to come here if yall are close by. Everytime I come it does not disappoint the cleaning is immaculate nothing like others!!!
