Tonight we ordered delivery through Wingatop. They contract through door dash and half our order was missing. This is not the fault of our delivery guy. We called Wing stop and they made this right and within 25 minutes we had the rest of our delivery hot and fresh. And we made sure the additional driver was tipped and wingstop handled that! Thank you wingstop for handling this the best way possible. In the past other places have pointed the blame on door dash and not solved our problem. We will definitely continue business with you!

Must of had the B crew working today. 24 piece bone-in and they gave me all drums. And 1 flavor wasn’t put on some wings. Just gave bare wings. There’s unspoken standards to flats/drums counts. Minimum of 50/50, hoping for 75/25, but settle for 60/40. They were good but stuck me with all drums.

Came here for the first time. The parking lot is massive since it’s located in a strip mall. I ordered ahead thinking it would make it quicker. When I arrived there was only one person working the front and I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to pick up my food. The food though was delicious, the sauces taste amazing but the best part was the ranch. The fries are also flavorful but a little spicy. I will be back for sure.

We ordered a large order and got home with it and the tenders are so burnt and nasty we couldn’t even eat them. I contacted the manager for them to remake the food for us and she informed me that they came in freezer burnt and nasty and there was nothing she could do about it. If she remade it they would turn out the same. I asked her why would they serve freezer burnt nasty food and she informed me that nobody else complains about it. She was VERY rude, wouldn’t even let me talk and then hung up. We normally get great food and excellent customer service. It’s sad that they treat their customers like this when we spend a good amount of money there.

Ordered take out on 01/30/26 at 11pm. Our entire order was wrong except the sides, didn’t receive our bone in wings or the right flavors or count. When I called to get it fixed the manager on duty said “well you can just wait til tomorrow to get it fixed” and laughed and hung up. Not to mention my order was sitting to the side when I got there and it took 15 minutes for anyone to get to the register to assist my brother so by the time we received the food it was cold.

Ordered wings, Louisiana voodoo fries and carrot sticks from door dash. Food was very fresh and tasted delicious.
They delivered all times and didn’t mess anything up which is a plus. Food arrived fast. Prices are a little steep but that seems very common now days from everywhere.

I have seen people eating and trying Wingstop online all the time, I just had to try it. We picked it up and ate at home, but the food was delicious, I definitely will get it again. My favorite was the Parmesan ones. I did not like the fries as much, but I’m not a fan of spicy foods.

I placed a phone order at 11am to pickup by 12pm. When I arrived, Amaya immediately saw me and said pickup for Julio and called out the order. For someone to take the time and remember customer’s name means a lot, especially in the fast food industry. If she’s not a manager, make her one or give her a substantial raise. Thank you Amaya!
