Absolutely terrible location. I ordered extra crispy and the skin is so rubbery. I have to pull it apart with my teeth. Can’t even get through two wings of my 10 piece. They need somebody back there who understands what extra cook time and fried hard actually means. The chicken is soft and cushy when you bite into it and it is disgusting.

I placed an online order today and once we got home we noticed our order was incorrect, so I called and they made it right here! I was shocked when I opened the bag when we got home for the second time and they gave us more wings than what we ordered, brownies which I didn’t order, more ranch, I was really grateful. I feel like this location went above and beyond to make what was wrong in the beginning right in the end. They didn’t have to do that but they did!

I frequent this specific location. I like to call in my order because they get my preferences right every time! I like the Bone in hot lemon pepper combo with Parmesan & fry seasoned fries, with a ranch for my fries & blue cheese for my wings. Then wash it down with a Pineapple sprite/lemonade combo. Thank you because I work hard for this Wingstop money!

I ordered from here for the first time and I was very disappointed with the seasoning on my wings. They might have well been naked wings. I ordered Louisiana dry rub and lemonpepper, and as you can see from the photos, they have little to no seasoning on them. Almost $35 for a meal, and I did not enjoy it. The fries were cold and soggy as well.

I want to make sure to leave a fair review. We really like the food here and the staff for the most part is very friendly and helpful. But the franchise owner or the corporate owner needs to go in and address many deficiencies within the restaurant itself. Bathroom doors will not close at all. The doors need to be adjusted as they have shifted. I asked the counterperson about this today and he shrugged his shoulders was very nice and said yeah we can’t get it fixed. This is really unacceptable. Code enforcement and the health department will eventually make this stop. You cannot have a bathroom that is not available to be closed. Sad State of affairs in an area that is growing and has so much business.

I ordered 20 wings, 2 dips, large fries, and large voodoo fries. I live 4 minutes away, so when I got home after picking up, I opened my wings and my 5 mild and 5 lemon pepper were so hard. They weren’t even edible. I attempted to call and was hung up on, twice. When I ordered online, I was given a wait time of 20-25 minutes. I showed up exactly 20 minutes and it felt like my wings had been cooked hours ago. It’s frustrating to get a meal and not be able to eat half of it because they’re rock hard. Do better. I’d rather wait longer and get fresh food, then legit have to throw out half of it. Also, please advise your employees to not hang up on customers.
Now, kudos to whoever was the cashier because they were the best part of that experience. They were kind and courteous.

They gave my doordash order to the wrong dasher. Had them remake it, I had to go get it. I get home and all the wings that were supposed to classic were boneless, was missing 3 orders of fries and all the ranch. They fixed it, had to go get it again. My wife found a beetle in the corn. And I got food poisoning.

First time coming here and I ordered online 25 minutes before hand and when I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes. And there was people who had just got there and they got their food first before me tho I had an order placed a long time ago. Other Wingstop places have my order ready in 20 minutes. I also seen none of the staff wearing gloves while handling food. And my food barely had any seasoning and so much oil at the bottom. Never coming here again.
