We ordered again from this WingStop and this happened again. We received our food and we DID NOT GET 2 ORDERS OF VEGGIE STICKS. Also our whole order was stuffed into one bag and the large ranch that we paid for, due to it being crammed into the bag, half had spilled into the bottom of the bag. We also requested WELL DONE on both the chicken and fries….but it was not AGAIN. So we had to clean everything else before we could eat. Do bags actually cost that much…? I would rather get my food CORRECT and in good order, than to have it all stuffed into one bag. Use more bags, get more satisfied customers.

Get rid of the new centralized ordering by phone! To begin with, it starts in a different language other than English. The automated order taker, “George” is too slow and could not accommodate or understand my order. I was connected to a centralized location and I couldn’t understand the person I was speaking with. If you want to make it difficult to place an order, I will be getting my food elsewhere. This is why I don’t order food from Hooters anymore. DUMB move!

I’m not always in the mood for wings but when I am I come here. Well the wings are good they are very pricey but I think thats stranded for all wing places. But for our budget we can only do this place every 2 months. It comes to 40 after tip for two people. Friendly staff though.
