I called this store and placed an order for a 10-piece boneless wings, but when I picked it up and brought it home, it turned out to be bone-in. I called the store right away to let them know they messed up my order, and the person on the phone started raising their voice, saying, “So YOU called in and YOU picked up and now YOU are telling me it was not the right order?”
I’m honestly confused. Am I supposed to open the box right at the counter just to make sure the staff did their job correctly? The receipt on the package only shows my name and order number. Isn’t that enough?
Then, instead of apologizing, she raised her voice again and asked, “Do you want a $10 credit or not?” and hung up on me before I could even respond. Completely unacceptable.
The attitude, lack of accountability, and sheer rudeness were unbelievable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’m done. Awful customer service. I will NEVER order from this location again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Ordered 10 wing combo, first of all, I did not get my 32 oz coke. Second, the fries were cold, just in a paper basket thrown on top of the wings. The wings were semi warm, dry with minimal sauce. They are just orange tinted. The delivery person DID NOT follow instructions, I asked to ring doorbell and hand it to me – he did not, just got message that it was delivered. I tried to call and no answer, I sent the chat message. Wayyyyyyy later he said there wasnt a drink on the order and receipt clearly shows it was. I sent a picture and no response. I asked what the solution is- NO RESPONSE. I do not have a way to modify the tip, as I would like to significantly reduce it. I also want the money back for my drink.

I wish I remembered the lady’s name but she did speak Spanish and seemed to either be a manager or team lead of some sort.. anyways her customer service was top tier. We had a big dine in family order and her and the cashier (man with long hair/glasses) was very kind and attentive. They were quick and were able to provide us with whatever we needed. We are a large family and so it was great to know she was on top of it. I give five stars except for the atmosphere, there was water by the ice machine that went from one side of wall to almost the other and there was a lack of napkins available. A little bit more cleaning up and tidying up would make this place more pleasant. Customers who walked in to fill their drinks would instantly have a look on their face and try to avoid stepping in it. But other than that the staff the night of 10/8 were amazing!

took my tablet and my waifu to eat at this place yesterday. Thought i’d find a table inside! There was no seating arrangement so we sat on the fry baskets. It was all fun and games until me and waifu’ pants were burnt off! I ordered three wings and my waifu said she wasn’t hungry so she just took the grease. Thought I’d take her for dessert afterwards, but Shaniqua didn’t like that idea. Finally convince her to let us get dessert at wingstop by giving her a pint of ranch. The celery was mid, made her go potty right away.

I ordered delivery tonight 09/08/24 because I’m 39 weeks pregnant, this is all I wanted to celebrate my birthday & quite frankly I’m exhausted. I’m disappointed in the customer service that took place tonight. I ordered 2 combo meals through DoorDash and received my order without drinks. We were offered $10 in store credit….okay, cool. Then I began opening up the food and I realized that the fries are crunchy like celery sticks on both orders (one large and one regular). When I told them of this information I was graciously offered a $5 for the fries or to come up to the store for them to be remade. (If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn’t have paid for delivery ) I asked “$5 for my fries? “ The young lady asked the manager on duty and they said yes. I’m just confused on why 2/3 of my order is missing and I’m not even offered half of the money spent on it in return? Also, why didn’t the manager come to the phone and talk to me themselves instead of having the employee play telephone?

I ordered wings for delivery yesterday and it was obvious they just threw old wings in a box and poured parmesan on top. The wings underneath had very parm. Those on too had too much. And there were big clumps of parm in the box. They tasted old and very disappointing. When i have bought them in person they have been great. DONT order for delivery

Upon entry I was not greeted so I spoke to the staff and they just stared at me as if they were mute or deaf. 10 people standing around and no one heard me. I received my food and it appeared to be undercooked chicken, after asking them several times to correct my order, I just took the food as is and put it in my air fryer at home. Unfortunately, this location has declined within the last 3 years and I don’t plan on returning to this location. The reviews warned me but I wanted to experience it for myself. **PLEASE CONSIDER THE REVIEWS, before you place an order here, drive the few extra miles to another location, customers are accurately describing this location and the staff’s lack of attention to customers, poor atmosphere and undesirable food. This restaurant is a RED FLAG and perhaps it could improve with new management but as of right now If I could give no stars I would!!!

We have attempted giving this particular Wingstop a chance multiple times. We order pretty big orders for our teammates ranging anywhere from $130-$400. EVERYTIME they are rude, the food is wrong, they do not take accountability for the mistake, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. My team LOVES Wingstop but I avoid doing business with them due to the lack of professionalism, the consistency issues with the food and terrible customer service. Will no longer order from here.
