I came the second time just for fries (I’m vegan and eat fries last minute when I’m super hungry and time isn’t on my side) in the midst of chaos and being super busy. Rude, un helpful and useless. I had an uber eats order and it was on the shelf behind this horrible creature. She told me their system is shut down early for no reason and she couldn’t give me the order to take to my customer. These children are happy to waste your time and money like nothing. Their system was down an hour before close by the way, they just wanted to go home early.

I ordered online at 10: 30ish on 07/14/2023. I called to cancel my order the lady Myra said I need to cancel online, it specifically says cancel by calling the location your order in. There is no way to cancel the order. She said she will send my order to the manager for a refund in the morning. However called back 5 minutes later to get the manager number they keep sending the call to hold. Its is just 11:02 pm they close at 12:00 If someone acts as if I pick it up I’m going to be very upset and will contact the BBB as I did not receive. Finally got thru spoke with Diana and stated that Mercedes is the district manager and she was the manager on duty that she could not refund my money in cash, it will take 14 days or so to receive my money. It seems like no one knows nothing at this place. Asked for the manager’s last name she said she did not know. Ask how do I cancel my order… uh duh know. This is sad that your employees dont know who they work for. Just send me my refund for my order. I won’t order here again.
