I ordered $50 worth of food from this location for dinner tonight. I go pick up and noticed I’m missing 1 whole combo. The manager on duty was not welcoming nor apologetic about making a mistake and I had to wait till it was made. The rest of my order was cold by the time I got home. I get home and start taking everything all out and I’m missing a side of fries. After my food was cold I was so upset I didn’t want to drive all the way back for fries. I called the store and no one answered. Very disappointed. $50 spent to have a bad experience

The young lady that was working the extremely busy front end of things was absolutely amazing along with the rest of the crew working today 07.03.2022. They were working hard and together, the customer service was just as impressive. Even though we live in Saginaw where there is a closer Wingstop, we still drive out to lake worth to get our food from this establishment instead. The food is always fresh and hot, fills us up, and is delicious in every way. We appreciate the hard work these workers put in here to make this great experience happen over and over again.

Horrible. I ordered my daughter a combo, and WingStop took half an hour to make my food. When the doordasher got there, they didn’t have my food and said someone stole our food. When the doordasher tried to ask for them to remake it, they refused. Awful service.

5 people were working on 12/4 and when I walked in, 2 out of 5 were actually working. I told them I was picking up an online order and one of them said “ok” she was busy doing something else when she answered me; the other employees were just standing there… the employee that was actually working grabbed my bag (even though she had her hands full…) one employee wanted to grab the bag from the her but she pulled it away to set it on the counter. I grabbed my bag and said “thank you” and when I was leaving, I overheard the employee (the one that wanted to grab the bag) say “I just wanted to give it to her” AWKWARD…
Either way, our order was messed up…

I order online since it was busy, I didn’t mind that. But when I got home all I got was tenders when I I put mixed. I didn’t feel like I got my money worth. I should’ve either order tenders or bone in. Why pay extra for a mix if I only Got tenders.

Just called to ask if they could cook my wings a little longer than their normal well done time because there’s no option to do so via the app and the guy who answered was Extra rude, told me my delivery driver may cancel my order due to me wanting extra cook time even tho i Just made the order and abruptly hung up in my face. I called back to speak to the manager only to find out he Was the manager. NEVER have these issues with the Saginaw location.

I ordered two orders of wings & two drinks for delivery that took over a hour & a half to get here, i live 15 mins away…. the drinks weren’t filled all the way and watered down. My order of 10 wings had 8 wings and two “wings” that was just crust and no chicken. The ranch had hair in BOTH containers. On top of that the fries were spilled in the bag everywhere because someone put EVERYTHING in sideways.
