Not only was my name spelled wrong after I even spelled it out but then another employee not only laughed at the situation but said “you did that on purpose, then the other said wait what does she look like?” Y’all are incredibly rude and apparently illiterate. Ordered a meal. Drove 40 minutes round trip to get it. Realized we didn’t get the $5 ranch we ordered. Called and asked for a refund and they refused. Told us that we could come back and get it. We won’t be back and we’ve filed a complaint with corporate and will continue to until something is resolved. Sure it’s only $5 and it’s only a tub of ranch. But it’s personal now.
Edited to add: also just realized the voodoo fries we ordered weren’t made correctly. It’s fast food. Not rocket science. Pull your head out of that hole between your cheeks and do your job.

The person taking our order told us we could only choose two flavors for our wing/tender combo…that comes with 16 wings. Any other Wingstop I’ve been to lets you choose flavors for every 4-5 wings. This lady up front is telling me I can only choose TWO for my sixteen wings and 6 tenders. Get some people that actually know their stuff. The restaurant was dirty, had stuff on the tables. Terrible spot.
