I had me some hankering for some chicken wings, so I met my friend and at Wingstop. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful young man (Rob) with a welcoming smile. Ron our cashier was very polite and very knowledgeable about the menu and made suggestions to assist us with the menu and solid suggestions. I settled for 10 bone in chicken wings half lemon pepper and half garlic parmesan, while my friend settled for lemon pepper, and mango habanero. We both got the combo which comes with fries and a fountain drinks of our choice. I like coming here and staff like Ron make it worth the time to come here. I enjoyed my wings and never disappointed with their wings. They do chicken wings right. Come see the good folks at Wingstop say hello to Ron.

However, she was dismissive of my concerns, refused to listen to my complaint, and ultimately asked me to leave the store. I believe I was treated differently due to my race, as she then retreated to the kitchen to avoid further discussion.
Furthermore, the cashier, who has red hair, refused to provide her name when asked and also refused to place a new, correct order for my son. The overall service was unacceptable and discriminatory.”

This is really a shame, this was my favorite restaurant, now the service is really bad.
This restaurant now presents its new skinny chicken wings, if you order 6 they only give you 5, how special!! If you order a chicken sandwich, the picture show some pickles but guess what, it comes with no pickles. What an offer

lol these are “lemon pepper”. Almost even ruined the hot beneath it with the 95/5 butter to seasoning ratio.
The hot had bare spots with no sauce as well, which is realllly hard to do if you’re using even half the sauce they should be.
Embarrassing- maybe someone was trained improperly, but given that nobody would have made wings like this for themselves, likely it’s just people who don’t take pride in their work.

Unfortunately, my Wingstop order missed the mark.
The wings lacked flavor, the fries were limp, and the whole meal felt rushed. I expected bold and satisfying — I got bland and barely warm. Disappointed, but hopeful they’ll do better next time.

I’m not sure if the lady that works up front is a manager or not but every time she’s working and I come in she’s getting food out she’s always smiling she’s very nice like she’s always on the move cleaning and managing the place she has great customer service and my food always right when she’s there

I always give this location a significant amount of extra time before I pick up my orders and most of the time when I arrive, it still isn’t ready, despite my waiting 15 minutes to even drive up there. Today my food was ready and had already been given to someone else by the time I arrived ♀️ The dining room is usually pretty clean though and the wings are always good.

Ordered 20 wings and all of the drumsticks came out incredibly tough and dry. In addition, not enough rub was applied for all of the dry rub flavors so they tasted incredibly bland as well. Quite possibly some of the worst wings I’ve ever had, which is a shame because I’ve had great experiences at other wingstops before.

Food is never prepared correctly. Well done is never, ever, well done. FOH service is usually okay, but the BOH needs to start reading tickets or management needs to enforce customer specific requests. Haven’t eaten here in months and tried it again tonight. Very disappointed, as usual.
