I called in to this store and was looking for the protein pk. Bone in. Was told that they no longer had that on the menu. I was getting off work coming from fort Worth, was on hwy 199 in Azle, when told this, I called the lake Worth location, and they informed me that the protein pk. Was still on the menu. So I had to turn back around and head to that location. They said they couldn’t see why I was told that. Because they still have it on the menu. I called back to the Azle location the next day to talk to the manager Tim. He said that you could order it on line. I wasn’t even told that. But then they tried to sale me a protein pk. The next day.. Really!! Now don’t get me wrong, this store has tried to satisfy me before, one time they gave me 18 drum sticks and 2 flats, on a 29 dollar order. I got home and seen this , I was not pleased at all. Called in about it, and they took care of me. The staff is friendly, but they need to tighten up on the order updates. That’s all I am saying. Tim is a great manager, he trys to keep the customers happy. But like I said, just need to keep the menu updated correct. Besides that, it’s a great store.

not sure but i have left several reviews and i can say the turnaround in azle wingstop is amazing. new manager, nicole employees not on cell phone but working. i order special fries extra seasoning and well done and for over a year they have never failed. now understand when this location opened i talked to owners about how bad this was. well they took head and for last 1 half years its been top notch. so all you bad reviews over last year give it a break, not a single place is always perfect. when you walk in and all employees are working and trying to fulfil your order and a mistake happens let them fix it. but i forget you are perfect and not make mistakes. quit it with if its not perfect no place is, disclose what happened and how this location made it right.

Was visiting with my sister. Got hungry and wanted Wingstop. I ordered 10 bonless wings and Cajun fries. I order it the same way every single time. 5 original hot, 5 mango habenero, Cajun fries with regular amount of seasoning well done. Fries were burnt, and literally had no Cajun seasoning. They tasted like in-n-outs fries but burnt. I’m more pissed that I told my sister about their Cajun fries and hyped them up to her telling her she has to try them, and I got this bs. The wings were good at least.

I ordered food for pick up and waited 30 minutes before showing up to give them ample time to get ready. My food was still not completed and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. There were only 2 guests inside the restaurant. The front counter person was rude and told me that if I did not feel like waiting that I should show up 45 minutes after ordering. I have a hard time believing businesses stay in business performing this poorly. Step up the game or get out of the business

Ordered 20 boneless wings and my husband bit into one raw. I called immediately and asked for a manager, and was told by the gentleman working that the manager was super “busy”. As a manager in the food industry, I’m confused as to why you aren’t making yourself available to the customer, especially when it’s about food safety and quality?
The gentleman on the phone resolved my issue and should be given a raise for having to do the managers job for them. Personally I would never ask my staff to speak with a guest with these types of concerns. It’s a managers responsibility.

Ordered boneless garlic parmesean wings, take out. They were ready in a very timely manner, even with multiple orders on the board, and they came out hot and were delicious! Staff was friendly and the store looked clean!

My husband and I normally do take out. Tonight we decided to go in and eat. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the two front counter guys. They went out of their way to help us with our order. One of the gentlemen even came over to check on us while we were eating to see if we needed anything.
Our food was delicious as well.

Just go somewhere else!! I love me some Wing Stop this one is very nice inside but they need more training especially when cooking chicken How do you mess up wings?? I will drive to Lake Worth to get my wings.. Not cooked all the way
