We use the Wingstop app to order from this location at least once a month. Sometimes we have to wait but it’s not a big deal. Food is always good and correct. Service is fine, they don’t kiss the floor we walk on, but we get served just fine.

This is my first time having a bad experience with this location! I ordered online at 5:38pm my daughter went to pick it up! Her hotbox had no sauce on the boneless wings at all!!! I told her to take it back in! She gave it to manager and it was said it would be a min! Ok fine,, 20 min passed no food. They give her the wrong order again she addressed it so they take it back.. 10 more mins pass no food. The manager asked for a receipt but your the one who took the food back to fix it!!! This is pathetic so it took my elderly mother to get out the car and go in to get her order!!!! This has to stop I was on FaceTime and everyone in there looked under 20 and I’m pretty sure the manager on duty was young and didn’t know what he was doing…04/21/23

The food is alright but the service is CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE. They are so rude literally every single time we go in there and get an attitude when THEY do your order wrong. I like Wingstop but hate the Lufkin location. You can’t work in the service industry and have a miserable attitude all the time. Do better!

The manager here really needs to keep a closer eye on his employees. Employees have a horrible attitude and are very rude for no reason! Came in for a meal they messed up on my order i dont live in town so when i made it home my order was incorrect i called and spoke to the manager she said she would redo what was missing i told her im 30 mins out and im a commercial driver i dont have time to come back and she told me she would redo my entire order for my inconvenience i called to have what i was promised and wingstop in Lufkin put me on hold for over 5 mins and then it began to call back and went to voice mail….. highly disappointed when i was told i was on the list she read me my order VERY DISAPPOINTED if i could of given no stars on this review I would have.

What a disgrace. Went in to order and no one was wearing gloves or hair nets. Guys making the food wiped his hands on his shirt and rubbed his nose and face then went back to making food. Absolutely disgusting. Just go in and stand in line and watch into the kitchen you’ll see for yourself. Do not recommend. Probably end up with herpes or something
