This place was one of the cleanest wing stops I have been to in a long time. Bathrooms were kept stocked and clean, fountain drink area was nice and clean. Service was great/cashier was helpful. To the food was hot fresh and wings were cooked to my satisfaction! My regards the wing cooker which were nice and saucey as they should be!

This is my first time writing a review but i felt the need to make one because this place is just consistently terrible. the staff are always rude. they can never make your food without complaining. They always take an abhorrently long time to get your order out. This most recent time I went they filled my to go box of wings to the brim with sauceso when I opened it , it spilt all over my pants. The chicken wings were completely submerged in sauce. Cool prank. I won’t be back.

Food is amazing always but without fail the drinks at every wingstop I have been too in tyler sucks soooo bad. Exra sweet Tea bearly even had color and not a drop of sugar. All sodas were out but coke wich I hate. But they still let me order a drink!!! Please upgrad yalls drink station. And never fails they out of ice and constantly having to fill it for it to go out by the time I get up there to get any.

I love wingstop but lately they’ve been awful. We ordered 5 chicken strips and they give us 3. We ordered Cajun wings and got original hot. The fires are so undercooked and mushy, it was gross. When you ask for extra seasoning on the fries, they never add it. They don’t even add the normal amount.
Will start to visit other locations because after waiting 45 minutes for food to come out wrong starts getting old.

The manager at this facility denied me entrance to the restaurant because my service dog did not have any indicators that he was a service dog. I have his vest in the car but, this is not a requirement of service animals and due to this and his continuous denial of my entry I had to call the police so that he may be informed about the actual laws regarding service animals.

The worst Wingstop I’ve been to. The wings were the smallest wings coldest I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no seasoning or salt on the fries. And they took over 45 minutes to get the order out. And we were in between rushes. Almost no one there.
The employees could not hardly tend to us for gossiping and looking at/talking on their phones and didn’t give a crap. Manager needs to be fired. I care about my business more than most franchise owners apparently.
