I got off work at 11;25pm
The store closes at 12:00 am. I called, Placed my order, she said the order will be ready in 10 mins. She was friendly over the phone and in person.The service was done with care. Food was tasty hot and fresh.

I put in an online order. There was nothing on the app that stated they were having issues with their fryers. Had I known I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes after my order was ready to receive my food that was ordered ahead I would not have put in the order. Wingstop never stated anything online they should have PERIOD. When I asked for a refund, the Caucasian lady with red hair was rude (i didn’t get her name). She did not explain the situation that was going on until I asked why I had to wait over an hour total for my food. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:59 PM (Pictures are included) I waited until then to go in to get my food seeing as though they were busy, still not knowing what was going on. I just thought it was a normal Friday night traffic for Wingstop. After going in immediately getting to go to the counter, even though there was so many guests in the location only then that I know that I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes on top of the time I already waited for my food. This is very unprofessional. There was nothing offered in compensation for my wait time and when I asked for a refund, she was very rude about that also. If we are spending so much on your food and waiting our appropriate times customer service definitely needs to be better and communication when going through something that’s out of the companies control should be communicated to guess before they order on any site whether that is Wingstop, DoorDash, etc. or even in person.

When I asked if she could give a call for whenever the food is ready, she said they are really busy so no. There are 20 cars sitting in the parking lot because the restaurant was so crowded. To not offer a call whenever our food is ready when we went in at our scheduled time it’s crazy.

I ordered Cajun wings and they didn’t even season them. I had to go back in there and she just poured the seasoning on there. They’re supposed to be tossed. I will be calling management tomorrow.

OMG!! Came in from Louisiana and this is hands down the best Wingstop I’ve ever had! Food was fresh and so delicious!!! Whoever was working in that kitchen deserves a raise for real lol. Customer service was also fast & great as well! Will definitely return to this location again and again.

Our chicken wings came pink as hell, and our fries were SOAKED in grease and everything was cold. Nothing was ever done about it and they’re now ignoring emails. Do NOT come here.

We ordered online for pickup, and when we arrived, we specifically asked if everything was included. The employee assured us it was. Once we got home, we realized the fries were missing. We called to let them know, and their response was completely careless: no real apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. All they said was to come back and pick up the fries—as if it was our job to go back for something they forgot.

Very poor customer service, zero accountability, and no effort to make things right. We will not be returning to this Wingstop.

The only thing that is wrong is the treatment of the cashier, very rude. I came today, April 26. Otherwise, the others are very friendly and try to serve you wonderfully. Thank you. I had never eaten there, my experience was very unpleasant to start with my order I only ate almost 3 wings the one with the purest legs good for drinking soda because they have to add ice from above the machine is very dirty and it completes my day the bathroom is disgusting it stank horribly like that As soon as I could I decided that if I would come back I don’t think I would recommend it because I don’t think I would.

This place used to have better, saucier wings, however, they have gone way downhill to the point that I won’t even go here any more; it’s not worth the money. I still love Wingstop wings, just not this one.

The picture shows wings with almost no sauce, not baked into the wings or in the tray. I’d love to come back if they get better again, but until then, it’s just not worth it.

One of my all-time favorite restaurants I eat here usually around once a week with my friends service is great the app is easy to navigate the selection is amazing they know exactly what they’re doing with the food I have never been disappointed. Most the time you’re even lucky to get extra food.

Ordered wingstop the previous Friday the chicken was not crispy (under cooked) and the fries barely had cheese sauce on the fries.. Here it is Monday we called and ordered the same order the only difference was to cooked the meat a little longer. Well I have uncooked soft soggy chicken and unseasoned garlic parmesan chicken( no garlic parmesan). Then to call back and talk to Sashe who suppose to be the manager/supervisor. I to be told I can drive back across town to get my money back. Well I know how many lunch breaks you get but that’s not going to work and on my gas you paying me for that. So I want be giving this location (4th street & the loop) any more of my business. Customer service is the worst.
