I would have given 5 stars had I done a review two days ago when I had AMAZING wings and customer service. One bad experience will make you go write a review. I order my wings WELL DONE (extra 6 mins) every time because I do NOT like how the chicken skin is movable, soft, and gushy when fried at the 18 mins. I want CRISPY chicken skin. Y’all too high for me to not get what I ordered. I verbalized that I wanted well done wings at least three times and confirmed when I payed at the register. I get home and my wings are not what I ordered. I called and was asked to drive 12 minutes back to their location. I stated that wont work and without hesitation the manger said “ok” and hung up in my face. I called back and asked, “Did you hang up in my face?” He said, “Yes.” He also said, “Your wings were dropped for an extra 5 minutes”. That’s how I knew he was lying because its supposed to be 6 minutes extra. They know the chances of people driving back up there is slim so they just do whatever they want with your food and money. First gas it too high to being driving 24 minutes round trip because Wing Stop did not do their job. Second I had just gotten off work and planned on studying for my test I have on Monday. I did not plan on wasting $30 and gas. The food was trash today, even my six year old said it was not good today. The wings were NOT to my liking and they were dry. Barely any sauce in sight. I will make sure to check my food before I leave next time since their word cannot be trusted. If it’s wrong I will be going to Chicken Express.

Ordered some wings to go but they were super dry on the inside … not even just the outside spoke to the manager and all she could tell me was that the were ready earlier …but it still doesn’t give it a reason that they should be dry on the inside like if they old then they just old .

I was really happy with what I got. Wings were cooked all the way, I got the buffalo and Honey BBQ which was spicier than the buffalo. Wife got the parmesan garlic which she really liked. Now for the bad side (for my wife), we got the corn. I wanted spicy she didn’t. All the corn we got was spicy so she wouldn’t eat it. Lucky for me I got all of it. Over all I will definitely be back. The 3 star on the food was because of the corn. Half was ordered with no spice. But that’s OK because I’ll get it!

I called up there when I noticed that it was like that. (Also that drum was hard as a rock) The manager at the time gave me a $10 credit. I went up there to use my credit which they was not able to find. Kenneth was being so rude to me as I was trying to explain why they gave me the credit. Which he told me nothing wrong with the picture. Once I left I called up there which he then hung up on me for trying to understand what went wrong. Don’t go to them.

Slow service so much salt we couldn’t eat the fries and bad attitudes ..not happy at all…for the cost we should receive better service…
