Well yall Wingstop was a sheer disappointment tonight. I am so mad right now. I ordered on door dash. When my Dasher arrived to my house, he did let me know that Wingstop employees were rushing him out of the door so much so that they forgot half of our order. There was no ranch in the bag no utensils in the bag. I was missing food and on a six piece boneless wing order I received five. Small tiny boneless wings. I’m so pissed. I will definitely be calling corporate’s office tomorrow! Yall please hire people who actually want to work. And ensure that every order down to the last order of the night is made correctly!!!

It was very crowded and there was a wait but I have found that this is typical at other Wing-Stops as well.
The space isn’t good for people with a handicap and use walkers or wheelchairs. This was my experience.

I generally stop here at night after my delivery shift is over. It has really gone to crap lately. I am not sure what changed, but it seems that there is no management for the night shift. Whether I am there for a personal order or to pick up a delivery, the crew mainly is just back in the kitchen area just leaned up against the counter laughing and talking while the dining area is dirty, there are spills on the floor, and the drip tray of the drink machine is overflowing with ice and dropping it on the floor because the Coke flavor was not working. When I go in to pick up delivery orders now, they are not even preparing the drinks for the orders any longer. As a driver I am not supposed to prepare any part of the order as they are supposed to be sealed for delivery by the staff. The food is still good, but they really need someone to manage the night shift people .

The way I went to this place ordered 63 bucks worth food asked for a water cup now they dont give water cups anymore said I had to pay 3 dollars ma’am water isn’t 3 bucks at the dollar store that did it for me Im glad there is a wings over mt pleasant now their cheaper, foods better,thry kids meals and water is free im done with these people a ranch is 2 bucks then they charge for celery and carrots when other wing places they are free

Ive had a great experience with this Wingstop but the past two times of me ordering there ive gotten this… the fries were cold and it was not in a container so if I fumbled the bag there was no way of eating it, the other time I ordered the same thing and my order was for a large size and received a small which I didn’t say anything to this Wingstop because it really didn’t cost much. Think I’m done ordering from here for awhile honestly

Tea glass never got empty! Excellent customer service and the salmon tacos were awesome! They have 2 seating places, a bar side and a kid friendly side!
