The customer service was excellent. Lorraine gave exceptional customer service, outstanding. She was very attentive and made sure they got my food right; it was scrumptious. I have had bad experiences in the past, but this time at this specific location, they were fresh, and the fries were extra seasoned and well done, like I asked, not soggy at all. Lorraine was very kind and is a great worker. I hope to come back and receive the same service from this Time or better because they made my day.

5 stars for this Wingstop! I ordered ahead and my food was ready exactly when the app said it would be. The wings were piping hot and perfectly sauced-not soggy at all. It’s rare to find a location this consistent, so huge props to the team working the kitchen tonight! Hello, I came in last week to this location for the first time, and I loved it, the service, the wait, and the atmosphere. The staff was fast and kind. Everything was so clean, and the atmosphere was refreshing. The cashier named Loraine was patient and helpful with my long order. With this experince i will definitely come back this week.

This Wingstop is by far my favorite in the area. I drive past 2 wingstop to go here. The cashiers are always kind and respectful and the dining area is always clean. I do understand sometimes can be a bit of a wait for the food, but that is to be expected when the food is made fresh to order. Love this location will continue to drive passed the other 2 pleasant grove locations to go to the Balch Springs location.
