Placed an order at 10:50 am for a 5:30 pick up. It’s Super Bowl Sunday so I’m being proactive. Order confirmed and payment processed. Check app at 5:15 says order is ready. Show up and not only is it not ready it takes 3 people to track it down. Instead of making it right and fulfilling my order right then I’m told I’ll have to wait as if I just placed the order. That’s over an hour by the way. They admit I did everything correctly but it didn’t matter. When I asked for my money back that was a problem too.

We always get takeout, and since the location has opened it has been nothing but amazing. I was so used to soggy nasty fries at the Sherman location I forgot what their fries were actually supposed to taste and be like. The parking is not it though lol.
