We had a grand experience. We called to order our dine in meal in advance as we were only a few minutes away. The employee who answered had some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in food service in a LONG time during our call to submit the order and throughout our meal time. Food was fresh & tasty. Location was clean. Surprised to see all their bad reviews with how well our experience was! (Saturday at dinner time)

My order was delayed on carryout. I waited for about 30 mins extra from expected time of completion. Wings were over cooked and just not good… Employees were doing their best to keep up with orders, but failed on quality.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Wingstop experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and they were incredibly dry with barely any sauce. I also requested extra seasoning on the fries and got almost none—and to make it worse, the fries were soft and undercooked. I usually go to the Prosper location and have never had an issue, but this order was submitted through the app and accidentally sent to the Celina location. I won’t be coming back to this one. Everything lacked flavor and quality—it was honestly disappointing from start to finish.

Wow…worst service ever. I was literally the only one in line. Three people cooking. All ignored me. Another lady asked if I needed help, I said yes.
Still five minutes later no help.
Finally two young ladies walk in the door and this gets the cooks attention. They inappropriately looked them up and down.
Ladies…stay away from this place.

I was volunteering for JPA (Junior Police Academy) at Jerry and Linda Moore Middle School and me and the Explorers (it’s like a police program for high school but it’s the whole year) and we went to wing stop and it was so good! We had to rush and they got our food out very quick! Love this place!

Ordered the 20 piece boneless wing special which came with fries and I added veggie sticks. When I arrived the girl was outside messing with a car seat and kids. She goes in before me and asks if I’m picking up and for what name. She got the bag ripped off the receipt and placed it on the counter. Got home and the veggie sticks were missing so sent hubby back up to get them. He got back home only to find that the flavors we got weren’t what we ordered. Will definitely think twice about going back to this place.
