Upon arrival, the cashier Julianna greeted us promptly, took our order with ease, got us cups, receipt, and mentioned the survey. She even complimented my nails. While waiting, we noticed one wing flavor was rung in wrong—minor issue, but we tried them anyway. Not our favorite, but not terrible. Many tables were still dirty with sauce smudges from prior guests. A few orders came out ahead of ours even though we were the only customers at the time. All our wings came as drums. Another male team member walked around with arms crossed and an unfriendly look. After a few laps he wiped some tables, then later returned as we got our food. We expected a check-in, but he passed by silently, only scanning tables. The main reason we wouldn’t return is simply that we’re from out of town. As a QSR manager of 8+ years, my advice is to check dining areas more often, especially during slow times, and when near guests, engage with them and keep a pleasant demeanor.

After taking my order we had our food so quickly. It was so chewy, the meal looked like a nugget meal not wings. I don’t want to ask for a fresh order because the staff doesn’t seem very professional. Okay got a fresh order in. The staff goofed around made fun of me told the cook to barely brown them so then leaned in didn’t hear the rest. Now I’m a little worried to even see how dry and chewy they are, or worse. They’re back there laughing it up now.

I’m really frustrated with how the online pickup system works. I placed my order around 6:00 PM and specifically scheduled it for pickup at 6:45. I planned my evening around that time and arrived right at 6:45, only to find that my name was at the very end of the list and my food hadn’t even been started yet. Scheduling a pickup time should mean the order is ready at that time—not that you simply get added to the queue then. Because of the delay, I’m now going to be nearly an hour late to my dinner plans. The staff was fine, but the system itself makes no sense and completely defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead.

Employees are always friendly when I come in there. I enjoy them all from the cooks to the cashiers. To the ones cleaning up the dining area and my flats were perfectly cooked and well coated.

I have ordered delivery before and it was great. I just ordered again and my driver had to argue with them because they “misplaced” my ordered. Then they canceled my order because it was a duplicate? This is unacceptable and not professional. I will not be ordering from them again, this is not the first time they have done this. I recommend going somewhere else.

We door dashed chicken sandwich’s to which they was raw I called manager he said bring it up to the store I can’t drive because I recently broke my hand so my daughters took it and the manager said we will have to go through DoorDash what was the point of making my kids drive twenty minutes and by the looks of the reviews it happens often

I always go in the mornings the girl that was there before knows my order she is always prompt at taking care of me and getting me hot fresh food. She has worked there for a long time and always so helpful and sweet. She knows I’m a regular and when I went is today I was not greeted at all no one spoke to me and I had to tell the person my order and on top of it the fries are soggy the chicken I got had seemed like it was sitting for a while even though I clearly stated I wanted all FRESH FOOD!!!! They gave me all nasty old food and I didn’t even get someone to say hi how can I help you or anything. I asked after my order was all messed up and not seeing the manager I used to see all the time FOR OVER 3years Monday through Friday when I would come in in they told me she no longer work there… she left before for about a month food quality was ok but I was so happy when she came back again. Destiny was the best employee here had my order down to a tee. And the place was always clean and food was good but now it’s horrible and people are rude. I might have to find a new wing stop when I stop in town if this type of service continues. Get better employees fast
