Food is always fresh and never had an issues with the staff. The soda machine does seem like it never has flavor or enough syrup to water ratio. But overall it is a easy dinner option.

Ordered a bunch of wings today (9/4), via Uber Eats, for a gathering of family to watch the opening NFL game. I ordered hours in advance to provide plenty of time for prep – and order was confirmed. Less than 30 mins before scheduled delivery – received a cancellation from Wingstop because they could not get to the order. I paid significantly more to run out tonight and pick up last minute items.

New location and it is fantastic. The fries are well seasoned, the wings are thick and juicy, and the dining room is clean. I would recommend visiting this wing stop and I’m so glad it came to Stillwater.
My minor complaints would be that the heat descriptions on the flavors were not accurate as mild wings were spicier than the spicy flavors- for the batch we were served. Also the location could use faster register service, an additional drink machine, trash cans, and napkins. Also it never hurts to give out more dipping sauce!

I ordered online and got there before it was done, waited 5 or so minutes just to recieve cold fries with my meal. And also watched a worker turn people away just because there was a few minutes before closing. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with the late shift. I worked in the food industry as well, it does not matter if they come in a minute before you still serve them.

This was my third or fourth visit to Wingstop. The previous visits have been good, the boneless wings are each fairly large, the large order of fries is humongous! Until this week… The boneless wings were more like popcorn chicken and the large order of fries was cut in half! I got home and opened the container and wondered where the rest of my food went! I called the store and they gave me some excuse about their latest delivery of chicken was smaller than normal but they didn’t make up for it by giving more pieces!
They eventually made it right by refunding my money but I couldn’t believe they tried to pass this off as acceptable.
