Scheduled/ordered wings days in advance to be picked up during the Super Bowl. I arrived early yet was patient and waited over an hour past my pickup time. When I asked, my wings still weren’t even close to being ready. This location continued to TRY to fill call-in orders that were for asap pick up…. Some staff were nice, and some were just tired of the madness and rude. Can’t say I blame them, but still. I won’t be back. Pretty disappointed in how this was handled on basically all levels.

I haven’t been here in a few years because it’s always an issue with the service and waiting for your food. Today I placed the order on line at 11:15 and I went to pick it up at 12:39 after standing in line about three minutes waiting to be held it was about another five minutes before my food was actually ready. Their french fries are always good and I extremely pleased with my Hawaiian chicken sandwich the other chicken sandwich is lemon pepper I’m not sure if my husband is going to like it but we’ll see.

At around noon on Nov 3, 2025 I sat there waiting for a pickup order and watched two individuals walk in, help themselves to ice and strawberry Fanta into their personal XL tumbler cup, briefly discuss the prospect of purchasing a Wingstop franchise location, and then go to the counter and order a small fry and a single wing, and pay with change. They refilled the tumbler with strawberry Fanta no less than three times. Unsanitary, didn’t pay for it, and the two overburdened and undoubtedly underpaid employees didn’t even notice or care. It was a pretty typical universal Wingstop experience.

Spent $50 on chicken and fries and can’t even eat the fries. They are cold, limp, greasy, and wet. This is really unacceptable coming from a reputable business as such. Customer service isn’t that great either. Either offer great food or at least smile, make the disappointment worth it.

the excellent service I received at your Northwest Express location. While I’m a frequent Wingstop customer, this was my first visit to this particular restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed.
The restaurant was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff were clearly working diligently and efficiently to fulfill orders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. I heard that this is the best location mostly due to the service and time it takes them, I had a good experience at this location, they were quick to greet me and take my order. Only complaint would be that the most of my frys were tail end bits.

Went in to make a Togo order and the place was busy I was greeted immediately. The line moved quickly and orders went out the doors constantly. I have been to this particular location many times and always greeted and have fast service. The food orders are always correct. The team they have at this particular location know what they are doing. The food is consistently hot and fresh.
