I ordered online and we only 4 minutes away, but was advised it would be about 8 -12 minutes which was fine. I sat in the parking lot for a minute and decide to go in. The e-order board showed my pre was ready. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked my name. She handed me the bag and thanked me. I drove home a few more minutes and the wings were hot. Took a note and they were dry and tough. The chicken was hard to get off the bone. They tasted as if they were pre- cooked, Sat around and then were deep fried and sauced.
I ordered 1/2 & 1/2- regular sauce and Korean. Both were the same texture; chicken was tough, dry, and hard to eat.
With all the great places to eat “ fresh wings “, I think I will need to find another wing shop.
If this location is cooking wings ahead, and then deep frying again & saucing them- they need to stop. immediately. $14 wasted!

I ordered the hot lemon boneless wings, and they were extremely disappointing. They were barely coated in sauce, completely dry, and lacked flavordefinitely not what I expected from Wingstop. On top of that, the floors were so greasy they felt unsafe to walk on, and I noticed rat traps placed openly near the bathrooms, which was very concerning. The overall cleanliness and food quality were unacceptable.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could rate them a 0 I would. The picture speaks for itself. The manager told me the chicken temperature is always checked before it’s brought up out of the grease (yea ok). I was hoping to address this directly w/Wingstop but they make it difficult to “contact” them. Called numerous times with no answer. Tried giving them feedback on the app on the receipt and it wouldn’t go thru. I tried the Buffalo thighs and they were raw inside. So gross, thankful I didn’t get food poisoning. Needless to say we had no interest in eating our meal after that. My order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and it was forgotten. Got my order approximately 35 minutes later. Had 2 drinks with my order and the soda machine wasn’t working. Such a disappointment! Wingstop used to be one of my faves but they have really gone downhill.

The food at Wingstop is always really great. The service has gotten a little bit better over the past few months. Sometimes the staff is a little short, but understandably it is always very busy at this location off of Penn. This is my go to place for wings for an easy carry out night.

This is like the 3rd time we order and don’t get what we paid for. We simply asked for extra seasoning on our fries (nothing complicated) but instead they chose to give us both fries without. You’d be better off going to a different wing stop than this one on 122nd. Terrible service. They also took forever to get the food out.

Wow! Our boneless wings were perfect! Crispy on the outside, so juicy on the inside, perfectly sauced, and not sitting in a bunch of grease! The parmesan were our favorite of the 3 kinds we ordered. The mild buffalo wings were truly flavorful without any heat! They have a special going on 25 boneless (3 kinds & 3 dipping sauces) wings for $15.99! The staff was extremely friendly as well! Will be returning soon!
