I recently had a really disappointing experience at Wingstop. I was the only customer in the store, and I placed an order for pickup. When I got home, I realized they completely forgot my fries. It’s pretty frustrating when you’re the only customer and they still miss part of your order. Missing the fries was a huge letdown since they’re one of my favorite things on the menu. Hopefully, next time they’ll double-check to make sure the entire order is complete before handing it out.

The food is really good. But when you get there wings you dont always get good pices. Some of them and if your unlucky like i was half of your order is just really tough pices that are hard to eat and chew, doesn’t taste nor look look.
This is the only bad thing, to make this worse is the price for the food, its slightly pricey but how good there food is makes up for that, again up until you get pices of your order you cant really eat. I was shocked they even gave me those pices because how small they was.
The staff is Amazing and very kind/nice/helpful. They are respectful even when other customers are rude to them. Haven’t had any issue with them yet.

The establishment in Siloam Springs is absolutely horrible. Yes, the food can be occasionally good but do not order online or DoorDash. We frequently order DoorDash and every single time we have DoorDash Wingstop they have completely messed up our order and not given us the right thing this is happened three times in a row when we decided to finally go into a Wingstop the employees were rude. They messed up our food once again we had brought it to their attention no refund no exchange. They apologized and went about their day. Overall, not impressed with service and the price for the food is just not good. Don’t order Wingstop from Siloam!!!
