I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. What should have been a simple fix turned into an unnecessary argument. The manager argued with me tooth and nail over an issue with French fries instead of simply correcting the mistake.
When an establishment messes up an order, the professional and customer-friendly thing to do is make it right. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. There was no accountability and no effort to resolve the situation respectfully.
Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others. Customer service matters — and this experience was unacceptable.

We pulled in to grab some lunch and waited in line for about 10 minutes before we figured out the reason everyone was standing waiting was because everyone in front of us had gotten the wrong order. There were about 4 or 5 workers behind the counter that could not speak much English and couldn’t understand the customers telling them their orders were wrong. We decided to leave and go somewhere else It’s really sad because this place used to be a good spot for lunch. I won’t be going back anytime soon. Or at least until it’s under new management.

This place needs to shut down…These wings are the most bland and dried out wings I ever tasted…the weak tasting different flavor sauces still doesn’t help the chicken…my last time ordering anything from here..I was so upset cause I was so hungry for wings.

cold drink machine looks terrible at 10 o’clock in the morning. Everybody was just standing around. I was the only person at the time in there. It took them almost 5 minutes to come up and take my order. They didn’t want to give me my money back until I threatened to call the police. The place just looks nasty all around at 10 o’clock am. I’ve ordered from this wing-stop a few times in the past and the service wasn’t always as great as it has been lately. We’ve learned they’re under new management and we can clearly see. The service was great but the food has never tasted better. Everything was hot and fresh and didn’t take long at all after placing the order online for pickup. When my husband brought it home, I was amazed at how well it was packaged and how fresh it looked and smelled. Although I would normally order extra crispy wings I forgot to do so but they were perfectly crisp. Hands down the best wing stop dinner I’ve ever had.

Staff was friendly as usual and I’ve never had to wait longer than 1 min for service and it’s only that long when they are slammed with orders. I have to say we eat here a lot and food is usually pretty good here. I’ve never left any good reviews and I probably should have in the past. With that being said my only complaints this time is their drink machine being completely out of ice which I doubt that’s the staff’s fault, and the other is our food was cold, not refrigerator cold, just not hot like it usually is when we get it. It wasn’t even warm, it had the temperature as if it had been sitting down on the counter for a couple of hours…. disappointing
