She had absolutely no customer service, when i told her my name to get my order she rolled her eyes, grabbed my food and placed it on the counter. Highly Disappointed I waited 30 minutes on fries with my meal just to get old fries. & I kindly asked Derion to fix fresh fries he said “I’m not the one to get an attitude with” I kindly said I do not have an attitude yet. I was really disappointed with my order. The food was completely overcooked and hard—barely edible. On top of that, I ended up getting food poisoning not long after eating it. I had stomach pain, nausea, fever, vomiting and had to miss a day of school because of it. This experience was not only frustrating, but also unsafe. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and food safety standards. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here again. Very let down and honestly concerned.

Food was amazing, had to door dash because I currently don’t have a vehicle. The only thing that bothered me is the prices are a bit higher when you door dash compared to if I were to dine in. We looked at menu online before ordering through delivery service. Got here right on time food was delicious and hot. Wingstop should consider hiring their own delivery team. It’s a bit cheaper and people like me won’t be hesitant when ordering. I have had too many bad experiences with door dash, I was extremely hesitant to even order. But thankfully for the first time we had great people who delivered our meal.

Husband went to pick up his order they were there prior to the order being ready and was still not handed to them as soon as it was out. By the time they received the order it was cold and the fries were missing. He let them know and they did not apologize or offer to make the order fresh. Very bad customer service.

Highly disappointed. I ordered online. I live 20 mins away and didn’t think too check my bag before leaving. Ranch was open inside bag that caused it too be all over everything inside.. The staff is very unprofessional and rude when asked to fix an order for a customer. I asked for either a refund for just the fries or a new batch and the lady got an attitude and tried to blame it on me. The fries were extremely soggy to the point where they fell apart as i picked them up. (not cooked long enough) also they were dark brown, which indicates that the grease in the fryer was old. The food tasted like old grease but the wings weren’t terrible. My main complaint is the fries and the cocky lady in the front. Sad because their Lafayette branch is so good and always nice. I will not be returning to the New Iberia location.
