Ordered to be delivered. I usually eat from the ambassador location but I don’t live close by. I lived the fresh fries on ambassador. This location was delivered and I had ordered a lot of fries. They did not put my Cajun seasonings and the fries were grey!!! Dogged in grease and not edible. Had to throw away. Why would French fries be grey ?? Is that old grease?! They need to be shut down.

Ive gone to this wingstop 4 times and every-time it’s a massive shit show. They almost never get our order right, the things they do get right are wrong wether its missing a few wings, or just not the right sauce, im always missing something and never get the extra sauces I paid for, the food is also NEVER hot. Awful service do not recommend going.

Placed an order on app at this location by accident. Called to cancel order and was told I can’t because the manager was not there. Called again 2 days later and guess what, manager was not there. They took my name and phone number and said the manager would call me. Guess what!!! Manager has not called me and it has now been a week. This store straight up took my money and then ignored me and all of my requests. After seeing recent reviews sounds like there needs to be a change in management. As a manager of a retail store myself, if I ever ignored my customers the way this store does, I would be out of a job.

We waited at least 30 minutes. The place should have run a lot smoother and been clean with the amount of employees they had working. I had to ask the cashier if my order was ready because people who ordered after me were getting their orders, and I was the only table sitting waiting for my order. We did not receive any of our sides, fries, corn etc., and we paid for these items. The establishment was very dirty. It did not seem that the workers had been trained properly on how to do their jobs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start…..? Food – trash. Service – Absolute trash. Atmosphere- trash. This place had so much potential to be great. They need to fire the entire staff & bring in a whole new crew. Preferably people who don’t operate like drugged out zombies. Clearly whoever the franchise owner is doesn’t care about their business and lacks the capacity to understand how to successfully operate a business. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
