I would never come to this wingstop again. The cook must have poured grease on the top. And he must have put the lemon garlic on the side because it was not on the chicken. The chicken was horrible. The fries were not fresh. I gave them 2 stars because the cold drinks were correct.

I walked in behind my friend and the girl took her order and walked away. I stood and waited to have my order taken for ten awkward minutes as the girl did other things in the back. I don’t think she would have even taken my order if there was not another customer behind me. First of all fix your Mobile order site!!!!! My card kept declining because it was “invalid” even though I put in my information twice. Then it said order could not be placed. I was charged 26 dollars twice! and then when I went inside the store to explain to them they said they can’t make my order because I don’t have a confirmation email… but my card was charged so obviously it processed . First time going there doesn’t have much of a menu, to explain you anything ask for help and try to rush you in ordering but it’s hard to understand the different things they have and combinations so anyway I ordered some boneless wings and seasoned fries which I’ve heard were delicious from other people well they must have gave me the bottom of the barrel the fries, were little burnt pieces soggy and wasn’t good at all the boneless chicken which was barbecue would have been better if they were hot had waited 15 minutes for my order everything was cold I live about 5 minutes away so there’s no excuse for it to be cold ,the food i will not eat there again the last $18 I will ever spend there,,
