Alright here we go the food here is always up to cut and good. My issue is every time I come in the employees are just shooting the sht with their friends and not paying any attention to the people actually here to pay and eat. The gentleman that did help me out bigger guy in the back was awesome. He clearly knows proper customer service.

I waited patiently, but then people who came about 10 minutes after I got there placed an eat in order and got their food before I did. They were almost done eating before I got my order. No apologies, nothing. I waited almost 20 minutes past my pick up time for my order.

Ordered a 10 piece bone in and they only gave me 7 went back inside to get the rest good thing I checked my order. The wings were cold and had a fleshy meat after taste yuck will not be going back to that location ever! No wonder it was empty inside. This location customer service is trash. They’ll ring in the wrong food and tell you it’s your fault give you an attitude like you work for wing stop when the last time i check i didn’t so if something was rang up wrong that is obviously the cashier but for some reason i was told by the cashier and manger it was my fault they dropped the wrong food. After spending my whole lunch break waiting for food because they had to redo my whole order they try to make me pay again for this food I’ve already paid for i check my account they already charged me for the food but they talking about they had to recharge me! The people that work here are obviously rude and steal because after charge me once for the food and putting the wrong thing in the wouldn’t even give me my food so they get money and food while i spent my whole lunch break waiting and can’t even eat! Don’t waste your time or money with these people ‼️
