Who runs this place? Out of everything. And the employees running the front seem lost in the sauce. And not a single manager type anywhere helping these kids out. I know it’s a Saturday night. But how are you out of everything??? Carbonation for the soda fountain? The girl at the counter asked me if I wanted a soda, then right after I paid told me they were out of carbonation in the fountain and had like 2 different sodas and also water in there 20oz bottle selection. Dude you think maybe before asking me to pay for a drink you would have told me about that. I’m so hungry because I’ve worked 10hours and I should have just refunded my money and left but I was just really craving wings.

Everything about my experience was horrible. Wait was extra long, and somehow fries were still cold. Someone walked in and placed and order, and got their food before me. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and wings meal, nothing excessive. All the kitchen workers randomly disappeared from the kitchen for at least 5 minutes while I waited for my food, presumably to go smoke. Workers were extremely disrespectful when they came back in.

I need to give a huge shout-out to Dakota, we came in with a huge order and he was the only one actively working. He took our order and made over 100 wings and fries fresh, everything was accounted for and he was extremely friendly. Wingstop should be very proud of this employee, my family was very impressed with him!!!

Ordered two 10 wings, just the wings. Made that very clear. Ended up with fries and a massive thing of ranch That I didnt realize I paid for until after I got the food. Tried to give it back but they wouldn’t take back. Dont go during the night shift. Poor service.

We pretty much got told we couldn’t dine in at 8:30 pm because they wanted to keep the tables clean…. Not one person here eating but every table is already packed as if it’s ready to closed. I been coming here always and the worst service came from some new management? Definitely need to be fired. Won’t come again.

Haven’t been since college years and they did not disappoint. The wings are amazing, flavors are excellent and fries compliment them perfectly. It’s so simple to get a wings combo and just enjoy some nostalgia for a moment. The only drawback I can bring up is the price. These wings are not cheap and they take time to cook since they are made with quality. So just budget time and money to enjoy Wingstop, it is worth it.

My first time trying Wingstop and happened to stop by to try the delicious looking chicken. To my surprise, the chicken strips were so delicious! John and Dekota were patient enough to go over the menu with me and made suggestions of their faves flaves and they were right! The garlic parmesan and lemon chicken was freshly made and awesome! I will be back! Keep up the fantastic work ya’ll!
