Wing stop food is great. Usually the speed of service is good. Today it took 30 minutes from placing order to receiving it. The woman cooking was telling the manager she wasn’t gonna work any faster and the people can just deal with it.

This place is unbelievable. It’s new and already has issues. I doordashed a 10p cajun corn, regular lemon pepper seasoned fries, and 2 ranch. When I received my order, there was only corn inside of the bag (lemon pepper corn btw so they messed everything up). My boyfriend called them and asked if they could remake it for pickup, and they said yes. I get there and let them know i’m picking up my messed up order. they started making it when I got there, which wasn’t an issue since it didn’t take very long to prepare. Just got home to check the bag and there are 7 pieces of cajun corn instead of 10. I may be sounding nit-picky, but for someone who ordered delivery specifically and then had to pick it up anyway to get shorted on food that I paid for, it’s pretty frustrating. Go to any other wingstop location, just not this one. Took basically 1 hour and a half to get corn and fries haha (I am vegetarian). I’m giving a 2 star because they didn’t give us a hard time when we asked to remake it.

Food was cooked to perfection and fast, wings much bigger than b dubs and tasty. Our service was excellent, takes a while but expected die to order size, we got family combo. Big ranch dipiong sauces, much larger. Will go back.

Store opened at 10:45. I placed my order at 10:55. My food didn’t hit the fryer until 11:04. Nine minutes after placing my order. The sweet tea was still being made. There was no ice in the ice machine. The food is amazing but I wish the service would allow me to want to come here more often.

Ordered bogo chicken sandwich meal online (with bottles pop). Picked up order, was given cups, drinks in machine were out and only had carbonated water coming out, employee said yeah we know. Got home & they put 2 chicken strips on a bun. I called & they said the ran out of chicken patties but never told me even when they handed me the order. When i called back from home I said I wanted my money & they said mark said the truck would be in Wednesday & they’ll replace the order. I tried to eat the sandwiches, we threw them away, they were horrible! The calls went on 2wks seeing if they had the sandwiches. Several times I was placed on hold for extreme amounts of time i have screenshots. Then they claimed they couldn’t find my name even though i had my online receipt, said it meant nothing having it, I mentioned mark & they told me anybody can just say mark that doesn’t mean anything. I asked to speak to mark, The guy told me mark is never there & he was the only one working taking orders, cooking & he was overwhelmed so he couldn’t do anything. I called the next day a lady answered, she started to talk bad about mark told me why did i want to talk to him he doesnt speak English (not sure if that’s true). Finally got someone to call mark at home (they said) & they just let us pick different items & not get the sandwiches. The food was still nasty, we didn’t finish it. This is a horrible location and is ran poorly. Im sad its in olathe and I bet nothing will be done. Who investigates things like this, food crtics/bloggers or state inspection? Look at all these reviews.

Came here for dinner to grab a quick bite around 10PM. We placed our order online ahead of time. Took about 25 min for food to be ready, despite there being no one else at the restaurant other than the workers. Upon recieving order was not given drink cups, which hindsight wasn’t the biggest issue, whatever I can go without a drink. By the time we got home and unpacked our bag of food came to find out not only were we missing a side of the corn (which was an upcharge) but the tenders and chicken sandwiches (2 different chicken sandwiches and 2 different orders of tenders) were both in the takeout boxes, quite literally sitting in a pool of oil. And we aren’t talking like a little bit (which is expected from fried in oil foods), but literally to the point they were all soggy. Pretty disappointing as this was our first time trying wingstop and had high hopes from reviews we had seen online about how good the food is (not reviews from this specific location).
We are willing to try Wingstop again, but by no means this location. Paid extra for drinks and a side we did not receive and received food sitting in pools of oil. Waste of $30+. And judging by the reviews of this location, which I clearly should have read prior to ordering, this is not anything new. Maybe hire employees who care to do their jobs correctly? Because for there to be no one else in the restaurant then wait as long as it took for food AND to not even receive everything ordered AND for it to be sitting in puddles of oil…is clearly a lack of care on the employees end. Ridiculous.

Everyone was just on their phones and I waited 30 minutes for my order, the night crew is abysmal. They all just mess around and ignore customers who are waiting to be helped, its like theyre just partying and not at work. This was the night crew the night of march 6 2025.

Went to pickup my order a few minutes early and my food was ready but the fries weren’t cooked fully and were ice cold when I tried one right after picking it up, absolutely disappointing just wanted to have some consistent food.

Food was over cooked and didn’t even have the right sauce. Why are we messing up simple wing orders when it literally tells you what sauce to put on it. The manager mark couldn’t even give me a refund because he is captain WingStop and is saving the multi-million dollar corporation from a $3 loss. The location is new and suffers greatly. Please get new management and get mark the manager out of this establishment.
