This was my first time eating at a Wingstop. Where I live up north we don’t have these and everyone that I talk to that talked this place up are spot on! Very tasty wings no complaints at all, they were not overcooked. They were pretty close to perfect for a wing joint, and it only took about 18 minutes Even with six of my other buddies that ate as well. Would recommend And would come again thank you.

I was served chicken wings with feathers still attached, indicating improper food preparation. When I reported this to the manager (and the GM the following day) she was dismissive and did not take the food safety concern seriously. The handling of the situation raised concerns about overall food safety practices at this location.

This location is known to be consistent with quality issues. My previous review at this location was due to their chicken being rushed and minimally covered with sauce, basically no sauce on more than half the chicken pieces. It is unknown how this Wingstop continues to have quality issues over 2 years. That review has been deleted to be replaced with this update, raw chicken.

Ordered threw here on doordash, Food took almost an hour and a half to get to my house and then once it got here The fries were freezing cold, and the chicken looked like it had been threw war. Halfway threw eating said freezing cold fried i had a fried bug in woth them. I will not be eating here again

We placed an online order for over $70 and live about an hour away. When we arrived home, we discovered that more than half of our order was missing.
I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who asked how they could resolve the issue. I requested a refund, as returning to the store was not reasonable and our family dinner had already been affected. While an apology was offered, it did not feel sincere given the situation.
This was a disappointing experience, and I hope the location improves both order accuracy and customer service moving forward.

Noah, the manager/lead on duty is absolutely fantastic. How he took care of the mistake I made ordering and was able to ensure my 2 autistic children was able to eat food that accommodate both of thier sensory aversions to many food types.
Not to mention how delicious the food it self was!

The food at this location is really quite stellar for a wing place. You can get some good combos and great portion sizes for just a few bucks. The downfall, however, comes with how incredibly long it takes to have your order prepared. Be ready to wait a solid hour if not more, even if you’re ordering on a random Tuesday!

The thing that makes this place different than the other wing stops… The women that works up front named Kathy. She was so professional and polite. Very positive energy, made us laugh while we waited. Was extremely informative on the history of the restaurant chain, gave us a lot of cool fun facts. We will be back everytime just for Kathy, since she made us feel like family!! I recommend this place! 10/10

I love the wing flavors. Their ranch and Bleu cheese are chefs kiss! The French fries are delicious. Hate that there are no napkins. Just a community roll of cheap paper towels. You have to go tear off how much you want or need. In a post covid world that’s crazy. No garbage cans in the lobby is weird. I just want to clean up after myself!! Order ahead to prevent waiting forever.

Kathy is amazing. She took our order and was very patient and helped us navigate through a significant order without hesitation or discouragement. She made the experience absolutely amazing. Every company should have someone like Kathy answering their phone and helping out customers. We will definitely return to the Wingstop on Battlefield Road because of the exceptional service. The food’s great as well.
