The pros;
I like the food flavor, sauces are a good selection and tasty, hot can get pretty heated, but not crazy heat. Fries are very good, fresh and very flavorful. They must make their own ranch, it is the very best.
The cons;
Little pricy. I eat here about once every 3-4 months, and the ONLY reason why I dont eat here more often, is the size of the traditional wings. They are very small, the smallest I’ve seen in any restaurant. I wish they were atleast, normal. I really enjoy trad wings and….. well….. they’re small by any standard. Overall, 3 stars, would be 4.5 if weren’t for the sugar on the Fries and the super small traditional bone in wings. See you this spring wingstop…. enjoy folks.

They were super sweet and very understanding. I placed an order in the app so i could get it after work. Ended up staying late at work so my fries got soggy. The manager remade my fries without charging me, and was super sweet and understanding.

Literally almost no sauce on our food. This is the second time recently. It’s pretty annoying. Nobody wants their food to look terrible and have no flavor. It takes forever to get it so the least they could do is 0ut a little effort in. Ill be calling some people to see what can be done tomorrow.

So to start off there is always an issue, they either are always forgetting something or messing something up.
I got a chicken sandwich meal and they forgot my fries, didn’t give us napkins or our sauce and the chicken sandwich tasted like I was eating rubber appetite immediately ruined! Do better.

Swear they can’t read a order from there screen cause how does a lemonade become a water and then when I call up there and ask them how that happened they tried to blame the doordasher when DoorDash states they don’t handle the drinks it’s only (pickup to delivery) so why they blame someone else who actually did their job but y’all’s workers can’t read read screen ? But nice to know that your workers hung up on me without a real explanation thank you all. Have a nice day. I don’t wanna reply back.

This place should be shut down . The workers NEVER wear gloves which is honestly disgusting. The wait times are outrageous. We’ve been a dasher and a customer and both times we just up and left because of how long it was taking . It’s disappointing because I love wingstop but this city lacks in good locations

The food is great… when we get it 45 mins after we place the order. Staff does not wear gloves, any mobile order that comes in automatically gets placed ahead of the orders for here. So I recommend if you want your wings in a timely manner, place a mobile order, even if you plan on dining in because it’ll be made first. Bring a coaster to put under the table legs because they’re all about as steady as a jello tower in an earthquake.

Horrible food not made right at all. Asked for 5 tenders I got boneless that’s is not the same at all and asked for lemon pepper sprinkle I couldn’t even get that. smh Homeless man walked in reached over the counter and grabbed a cup and fixed himself a drink and walked out. Cook was Frying chicken with no gloves touching uncooked chicken with his bare hands I’m good on y’all. I’ll get wings elsewhere.

The employees talk about inappropriate stuff in the kitchen where customers and kids can hear them they’re cursing talking about sexual encounters all types of things. If they would concentrate on their job instead of all of that crazy crap that they’re talking in the kitchen maybe they could get their orders out before an hour. I’ve went in there several times and asked for my order and they said it was not ready and I sat right where I could watch my order was sitting there the whole time cold they act like they’re crazy when you ask them for fresh fries when your order’s been sitting there. This place should be shut down and totally rebooted The employees there are rude and refused to do their job.

The girl that took our order was very pleasant. That was the only good thing. They weren’t busy but it still took them 30 minutes to make our food. I thought they must be cooking the chicken so it would be hot and fresh. Not so much. The chicken and fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a couple hours. Someone finally walked out and handed me a sack. I told her we hadn’t ordered takeout. She said she read the ticket wrong and brought us plates. We sat next to a large window and watched the help… do stuff… without hair nets. They decided to clean the refrigerator while I was there. Guess what they did with the raw chicken. I will never go to this restaurant again.
