I must start out with the looks of the entry door that I have also posted, just filthy! But we decided to enter anyway. The staff we beyond helpful and so kind. With this being our first visit, I got the boneless hot honey wings. They were so over-seasoned, which made them too salty that I couldn’t eat them. So I just boxed them back up to throw them away at home. My husband liked his wings, and we both liked our fries. The floors were so greasy that we both had to wash our shoes when we got home. We will return to wing-stop again, but we can’t go to this one no matter how kind they all were.

I don’t know if they went under new management or new staffing, but this Wingstop location did a complete 180! Just a year ago, it took like 40-90 minutes for your order to be ready and when I got it doordashed, it would go through at least 3 dashers because of the wait. Fries were never seasoned, and something was always forgotten.
Well now, it is the complete opposite! I got my food in less than 10 minutes, although the fries have changed, it is still tasty, and the wings were well sauced. The employees were also attentive to orders and made sure everyone was being helped.
Update: adding on the 5th star because I was craving Wingstop again and got it 2 times in the span of the week and it all tastes good again!! Last time the wings were a tad overcooked for me, this time it is perfect.

I went to get my fries replaced because they were soggy and were overcooked. Instead of getting a new set of fries they refried the fries I came in with, told me that’s how their grease cooks things. Then when I asked for my money back I was told that there’s no manager, I’d have to come back in the morning. So to the manager in the morning come 12/6, you’ll be getting a call from me because this is trifling behavior.
Columbia either needs another wingstop or a different crew for the evenings. I wonder if they’d eat the fries they decided to send out.

As much as I loved Adam. When we got back. We noticed only the voodoo fries where in there and not the fries we actually paid for. I’d love a refund; we go 2 lard fries added to our order.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is getting ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and had the exact same issue. My order has been sitting for almost 2 hours and there’s still no update on the delivery app. It honestly feels like nobody working there cares. If they’re short-staffed, fix it. If the staff just doesn’t want to work, that’s even worse. At this point it feels like a total waste of money and time might as well close the place if this is the kind of service they plan on giving. Ohh!! And to make it worse, they canceled my order after waiting over 2hrs. Shame to its owner..

Stopped by to pick up an order a friend called in. The food was good and the right temperature. I thought the lobby area was clean and well stocked for the fountain drinks. There were two people working on the orders when I got there and I was given my order very quickly.

This place has fantastic food, but the wait, flies, staff (who assisted the customers ) were not that great. This place could have had a manager out or they were short staffed, etc. I hope they improve, because the food is great. There was a cashier that couldn’t understand what customers kept asking for and kept getting orders wrong as well as a supervisor that handled another customer’s complaint poorly which caused a scene.
