Came in ordered a combo original hot wings. If you look at these wings, can you tell they’re supposed be original hot? They sauced these wings like it’s coming out of their paycheck. Not to mention, the wings themselves were very dry as if they’ve been sitting under a heater or something for a while. I should’ve known when the wingstop was pretty much empty when I walked in, for a second I genuinely thought they were about to close. I rarely leave reviews but this is my only meal today and I’m upset that it came out like this.

Did an online order for pick up, everything perfect and on time. Until I went to pick up my order, and notice that the carrots and 10pc Cajun fried corn were missing from my order. It took them 40 minutes for them to give the carrots and the corn. I understand if they have a lot of customers/orders. But it was their mistake to begin with, and I would have understand if I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. But it took them 40 minutes to have them ready. My food was cold way before I even got home. Never again! Next time I’ll just drive the extra 15 minutes and go to the one on blue springs!!! Edit to add: got home and notice they only gave me 5pc wth!!

NEVER AGAIN! Barely any fries and some dry darn chicken (no sauce) for $16 for 8 pc combo! Asked for extra seasoning and didn’t get it either on the fries! Ridiculous! Just closed the darn restaurant down at this point!!!! Angry and disgusted!

We ordered 20 wings mixed. Got only 2 drums. They literally just poured BBQ sauce on the wings. Order extra seasoning on fries well done, hardly any seasoning and not well done at all. Just an FYI when you order delivery cause you won’t have a chance to look and apparently the could care about your food order. Have to go back to Buffalo Wild wings, service and food is at a higher level

My order was messed up so I tried calling the store several times on december nineteenth, around 8:30 p m to 9:15 pm.
They kept lifting their store phone up, then slamming it back down on the receiver. I could hear it, and they wouldn’t answer my call, and I was the only one calling them. I found it to be extremely rude and I don’t understand the point of it because it’s a restaurant they’re supposed to take orders.
I know they are open all night.Most of the night and they had about three workers on staff. However, the workers didn’t really seem to care about their job.And they all seemed really moody, like they weren’t happy at all. One of them even smelt like weed and cigarettes. Either way, they make the store and brand look really bad. This entire store needs to be restructured.
I am here all the time for door dash orders and whatnot. Every time I see them, I can judge if the guy is in a good mood or not.By how he smells. If he smells like weed, then he’s usually pretty happy and helpful, if he doesn’t smell like weed and more like cigarettes, then he’s usually in a mood and not helpful won’t even respond to me.
So yeah, overall, i’m very disappointed with this store.Because I love wing stock.But they have people running the store who don’t even like their job

The food from here is great… WHEN I receive it. I typically order Wingstop (through their app) occasionally. Sometimes the food is hot, fresh, and made perfectly. Other times, it’s mostly missing entire items or items made incorrectly. I don’t understand? The times I have gone into the restaurant, my order has been fine. But, the times I’ve ordered delivery, I seem to keep having problems. I’ve given this location a lot of chances. The most recent example has me very upset though. I ordered on their app around 3:00 pm, my food got to me quite quick actually. I ordered two combos, but only one was in the bag- Mind you, the receipt on the bag has two combos listed. The one we got at least was made correctly, though cold. I called DoorDash support, as I was avoiding trying to drive to the location, and they issued a redelivery. I kid you not, I sit here for a bit over an hour watching my now new order go through 6+ drivers. They’d arrive to the restaurant, and then suddenly the order would go back to being confirmed. Of course, the time including the driver making their way to or waiting at the restaurant. I called DD support again, and they called the current driver assigned. The driver even confirmed with them they were waiting at the restaurant. Suddenly, my order was cancelled not even 5 minutes later? I had to call back DD support, as advised by the last man I spoke to, and when he attempted to call Wingstop- They didn’t pick up their phones! Thankfully, I was issued a refund. I would have attempted to call Wingstop, but I wasn’t sure how much control they have over DD orders and didn’t want to pester. We contemplating driving down to the location, but at that point it was already past 5:30 pm and seemed useless. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, as I rarely ever have bad experiences places, but man. There’s some serious issues with customer service and delivery! The other reviews seem to reflect that.

Employees were on point last night! The vibe was great, they ALL had manners, and everyone was happy and smiling. Keep that up! I DoorDash (I’m a dasher) a lot, but last night I was eating with my daughter during the game. I’ve been to a ton of different Wing Stops and none of the staff act like this staff overall. Great work! Keep doing what you’re doing. Being kind, using manners, smiling and being happy, seems rare these days. Bring ALL the joy! P.S. the fries could have been a bit hotter, so make less at once to keep them fresh. All else was on point. I am a district manager for retail and I would be proud to have them as my team.

One dasher waited here for 10 mins after telling the cashier his order name. When he asked again, the order had already been finished, just sitting on the rack. I’ve been here since 18:20, the time my order was supposed to be completed. It’s currently 18:31 and I still don’t have it. Workers in the back are just laughing and joking around. Poor staff, poor service, just a poor environment overall. I would definetly recommend a different Wing Stop, such as the location off 39th street!
