Food was amazing, but the young lady with the red hair was on her phone laughing rather than helping customers! The Hispanic lady had a young man come into the store, and they were sitting there kissing and touching on one another rather than taking orders from us who weren’t helped yet. Back to the person with the red hair, who rather stomped around laughing instead of giving us our receipts once we finally were taken care of. She sat there texting people and laughing rather than doing her job.

Stopped in for dinner one night. Crew did very well. Wait wasn’t too long and any issue was fixed right away.
Food: Great. Everything was on par for Wing Stop. Did really well. It stinks when they skip on the sauce and they did not do that.
Service: Awesome. The young man at the counter was exceptional and very attentive. Really took care of everything.
Atmosphere: Good. Maybe could have been cleaner but it wasn’t bad. All around good experience.

I was hesitant to try this location based on the low ratings but I had a great experience, customer service was outstanding as well the amazing food.Wing stop is the best place for lemon pepper wings! It is so good along with their fries. Definitely will be back!

Im frustrated I spent 60 dollars I did a mobile order with a pick up time of 2:30 something came up so at 1:45 I tried to call them. I called till they finally answered at 2:15 30 mins of calling to which my food was already made so now my food is gonna sit for at least an hour before I can pick it up I know it’s partially my fault but I called an hour before pick to ask to change and they wouldn’t answer the phone. So frustrating to spend that my much money and get old nasty food because they simply can’t pick up the phone. I work food service as well so I know it gets busy but picking up the phone is very important

Just ordered from this location for the first time via the website to save money. They apparently use DoorDash for delivery.
Although we ordered 2 COMBOS we only received our food, no drinks, AND we were shorted on our wings. The food was also cold. I tried calling the restaurant TWICE and received no answer. See photos of order confirmation vs the picture that the DoorDash driver provided.
Wish I could get my money back for the drinks I didn’t receive.

I recently order 15wings 8 lemon pepper and 7 Mexican street spice, both dry rubs well done. They both were overtly greasy with a puddle of grease and seasoning at the bottom of the container. Not sure how you mistakenly make to known dry rubs into sauces or why but the attention to detail at the store is horrendous! There is an entirely new demographic at this store than there was 3yrs ago and the quality has suffered significantly! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

This place is a POS! They don’t answer the phone for nothing, they might as well unplug the damn phone. I don’t understand how you mistake lemon pepper for Cajun. Check your food before leaving or you might have to come back. If you place it online still check your order, if they don’t cancel it. If you get DoorDash check your order before your driver leaves.

This wingstop is the worst wingstop ever!!! They constantly on their phones when they got a ton of orders or have customers in their lobby. They ignore or acknowledge when they want to. So don’t be surprised if you may get your orders mixed up or something is missing or your food is cold because they don’t pay attention. Also they like to lock their doors an hour before actual closing time!
