I was really looking forward to trying Wingstop for the first time, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The issues began with the app, which made it very difficult to customize my order. Because of that, I had to wait and place my order in person once I arrived at the restaurant. Even then, it took about 10 minutes just to place my order, followed by an additional 35–45 minute wait for the food. The restaurant appeared to be poorly staffed, which clearly contributed to the backlog of orders and long delays.
When I finally received my receipt, I noticed my order was incorrect. Due to the number of people waiting and placing orders, it took nearly seven minutes before I could get back to the cashier to have it corrected. I specifically asked for the correction and was told it would be fixed.
After such a long wait, I expected my food to at least be hot and correct. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I was given boneless wings even after requesting the correction, the seasoning was so excessive that I had to rinse the chicken under running water just to make it edible, and the food was only lukewarm at best. I know this because I tasted it in the parking lot before leaving—not once I got home.
At that point, I considered returning the food, but I didn’t want to drive all the way back to the restaurant and stand in a long line again after already spending so much time waiting.
This was my first visit to Wingstop, and sadly it was not a good experience. I hope the company can improve staffing levels, order accuracy, and app usability so future customers have a better experience. It’s a one and done for us.

Rude Customer Service, Manager on duty on 1st march 2026 evening was unrespectful to the customers and murmuring in abusive way. He is not even willing to listen to customer when they made a mistake.
When Customer is rude you have all rights to do whatever you want but when customer is respectful and trying to explain the issue, at least spend 10sec to listen what he is saying.

I love wingstop’s food. Every bit of the food here is great.
The problem here is the service.
It’ll take an extra 20-50 minutes to get your food regularly. Theyre severely understaffed, regularly forget LARGE quantities of food, such as entire containers of 30 wings, large ranches, and on one occasion my entire meal and just handed me a soda.
Today, despite the entire building was left unoccupied, open sign on, door locked, all electronics and devices turned on. While I understand that the snow is a massive complication, we were able to place an online order, arrived, and realized that no-one had made our order. There was no indication that the restaurant is closed.
Incredibly dissatisfied. Top tier ranch, but pick a different location.

Went and picked up an order. Ask the girl behind the counter for ranch for our customer and the girl was beyond rude. All I’m saying is if you don’t like your job get a new one. She’s was definitely not someone I’d want to wait on me again!

I usually love Wingstop’s food and I’ve been to several locations and several different areas and some different states but this was by far the worst service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. This is the second time I went into the swing stop and definitely will be the last. I usually never leave negative reviews for places but it quotes you 15 minutes max for your food. So I wait till about 20-25 minutes to show up cuz I know the first time I went it took way longer than what it will tell you online. All the staff members in there pretty much just ignore you as much as possible. And I don’t think I saw a single staff member smile or a greet a customer properly. When the guy finally comes up and asks me if I’m picking up. I say yes and tell him my name. He turns around and looks at the bags on the window and doesn’t say anything to me. Just turns around and goes back to work so I wait about another 15 minutes goes by. I get up and I see that my name is no longer on the board where they display pickups. A different employee comes up to me after waiting a while and asks me am I picking up. I say yes and tell him my name he looks at the orders on the window and does the same as the first guy just walks away and doesn’t say anything. So I’m patient I sit back down thinking its gotta be the next order up and nope about another 15 mins go by until I get up and see my name on a bag that has been sitting there so the second employee had it ready to go when I asked and just didn’t give it to me. By time I got it home to eat. The chicken was hard and not edible on like 1/3rd of each piece from being overcooked and already cold. The first employee had his earbud in and was on a personal phone call the entire time. Not a single employee had a smile on their face or greeted anyone with a smile. In fact, they looked at people like they were aggravating them or wasting their time just merely by trying to pick your food up. I hope the managers actually read these and step it up in there because I like Wingstop but I definitely am going to have to check out a different location if I eat there again. If I could give zero stars for service I would.

Every single time i order delivery from this location something is wrong. The latest time, which prompted this review, they gave me 7 wings instead of 10. When you’re paying this much for some food i expect the employees at least know how to count to 10. Expectations too high, that one is on me i guess. Quality of the food isn’t bad just make sure to include a study guide on addition when ordering. Getting the rest of your order correct is 50/50 with this location. If you’re a gambling man this one’s for you! (The house always wins)

Wings were great, as advertised and pictured. I ordered for takeout, and got there a couple minutes early. It was difficult to hear staff, and I’m not sure how they heard me as the music was a bit loud to me. Friendly people and the food was hot (temperature) and ready on time. Fried corn is really tasty. Garlic parmesan and the hot honey was amazing. My first experience with Wingstop, but definitely not my last!

I placed a delivery order on their website. The wings were too hard to even chew. They were dry and overcooked or maybe just old. My raspberry tea was missing. Our ranch was missing. The fries were cold. The order arrived over 20 minutes late. The only item that was good and warm was the corn on the cob. It was late and I just didn’t have the energy to call and complain, but I won’t order again from this location.

I only got 9 wings out of the 10 I ordered which isn’t a huge deal but I mean on top of waiting in store for my food for upwards of 45 mins for my meal to be this below average is kinda crazy the person taking my order said “i don’t work at this location so im trying to figure everything out” shouldn’t it run the same everywhere ? also the workers have absolutely no sense of urgency and move like sloths with attitude to be having to do their job.
