The last two times I went to this place they were struggling. The first visit I had to wait 20 extra mins for my food even though I called my order in 45 mins prior. The next time was on my lunch break and the food was gross, it was cold, dry and it tasted like it was simply reheated or nuked in a microwave and thrown in a bag. That was definitely my last time giving them my money.

This has to be one of the worst locations. I put my order in online and I still waited 45 minutes for my food. I like the new system that allows you to see your name and when you order is ready. However the staff don’t use it properly. My name was removed and I hadn’t received my order yet. I was told they were waiting on fries. I finally received my food and it was cold. I also noticed yall have changed the fries…Whyyy… I also don’t like taking a backseat to DoorDash orders either. They were so unorganized that people were annoyed for waiting so long. I also wanted to dine in but I changed my mind because I was so irritated.

Called to check in my order, worker lady was mad it came through. The lady put me on hold and a Manager Tommy came on the phone and the lady In the back that answered kept yelling in the background telling him to tell me they cant make it. I kept asking for a refund they said there no need for a refund, just come get it in the morning. Why is it so hard to get a refund if you don’t want to make the food? And why are yelling as if I asked you to work here?? I don’t want chicken wings in the morning… but I shouldn’t have to explain myself..

Got a 6 piece tender meal for 2, and had to wait about 30 minutes past my pickup time, and I was told this was because they were waiting for fries for my order. Okay, fries only take a few minutes to cook. Finally got my food and went home. Got home and realized I barely got any fries, they also weren’t the regular Wingstop fries, and my 3 tenders that were supposed to have buffalo sauce had some dry run on them instead, and I didn’t enjoy the flavor, so I had to force myself to eat something I didn’t enjoy, nor did I order. I would’ve gotten Cajun if you just told me you were out of buffalo instead of guessing what I’d want instead. I’ll just start going to the Lindbergh location.

Came for an UBEREATS and this location has really gone downhill! The staff here lack structure and professionalism when it comes to getting orders out in a timely manor or if an order is still being worked on. There is no reason people placed orders at 7pm and it’s now 10:32pm and they just now printed the receipt …staff isn’t confirming whose order is whose and half the staff do not speak English(no offense)….multiple orders just sitting while they had 3ppl filling the ranches lhhbvs! Where is management when you need it

They purposely short you on wings. I’ve ordered multiple times on DoorDash and received the wrong quantity. So I decided to start going to the store since it’s not that far and they shorted us we counted our wings in the store ordered a 15 piece received 12 ordered 10 piece received 8 now they fixed it in the store but I got a feeling they are telling the workers to short peoples wings in order to save money on buying more but they need to quit if I’m spending $118 on 6 combo ordered I expect the right amount of wings stop playing with people y’all are too expensive for this.

I just came yesterday 11/25/25 on my lunch to get a ten piece and it was horrible! When I arrived they were giving me the wrong chicken so I had to wait on the right chicken. Then once I got back to work and tasted the chicken it was horrible it tasted old! I have neverrrr in my life got chicken from you guys and it tasted old! I ended up throwing it away! I’m not about to hold on to chicken to bring it back but it cost me 20 dollars for it be that way and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for supplying old tasting chicken!!! BADDD SERVICE COMPLETELY!!!

I made the mistake of ordering from here. My fault. I had a party I was attending and ordered 100 wings to be ready at a particular time. I arrived to find that the wings had been ready for several hours just sitting on the shelf although I repeated multiple times that I wouldn’t pick them up until 7pm. I wasn’t refunded at the time and was told to expect the refund in a week. I returned to the store multiple times over a months time and I still haven’t received my refund of $130. At this point, I’ve spent more in gas trying to get my refund. Lesson learned. I will add that the store manager (Jarmica) did attempt to get my money by communicating each time I went with her bosses, but they’re obviously horrible at their job.
