Avoid this location! I ordered 8-piece well-done wings and a large fry, but got soggy wings and a small fry instead. When I asked for lemon pepper seasoning, the staff caught an attitude. One worker even told the cook not to make them fresh and to just toss seasoning on the old fries. I’ve tried this place five times now, and it’s always gross. Save your money.

Yummy WingStop location. The wings were some of the freshest I’ve had from any WS location. I wish they didn’t change their fries to the frozen variety, the soggy potato-y fries were the best. Subtracting 2 stars because my order took an hour to arrive. I had 3 Dashers cancel my delivery because they said they hadn’t started my order yet. Long wait for sure….

Went to this location and bought over $100 worth of food grabbed straws for 4 sodas and a handful of forks at which time an lady came and grabbed all the forks and straws and said if you want any “ your gonna have to ask”
She put them behind the work counter and spoke VERY loudly that it was “freaking rediculous” that we took a handful of forks!!
Although there were only 4 of us there we were taking food to group of people!
In the end the food wasn’t even that good but I wouldn’t visit this location the staff was VERY RUDE

I have been to many different wing stops around St. louis and this is consistently the BEST ONE. every single time the fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned. i ask for extra seasoning and they actually put extra seasoning!! First time trying this location out. I ordered via the mobile app and had to wait an additional 15 minutes from my expected pick up time. However, the employees did recognize that and they provided me with a free 32oz drink for my wait. This location had 5 total employees working and they were all working hard as they were busy with walk-ins and online order pick up’s. My order was accurate and the food was warm and good.

Gave me the wrong order and I didn’t notice until I made it home so I contacted the location and the manager lied about putting my name in a imaginary book for my order to be replaced at a later day and time. I reached out a few days laters and got the run around about my meal being replaced.
