I ordered from this Wingstop location yesterday & when I was eating my wings, I found a metal bolt inside my ranch cup. I tried calling the store multiple times to report this, but no one answered the phone. This is a major food safety issue & could have easily been swallowed or caused injury. It really shows a lack of quality control & customer care. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was too dangerous and unprofessional to ignore.

This location has gone downhill. Use to be one of the better locations well not anymore. Today I received an expired blue cheese and all my wings had feathers and were overcooked. I stopped eating and threw it away. This has made me not want to ever eat a Wingstop again

The workers here are worthless. For some bright reason you can’t order at the counter. I have never heard this at any moderately successful business. The staff are extremely rude, will literally argue and try to fight you, if you complains. Wing Stop do yourself a favor and just close this location.

Ordered 40 wings and got 33. Did not receive my VooDoo fries. I don’t understand how I got skeeted on my wings. Supposed to have 3 flavors, 15, 15, and 10 wings a piece. I got 13, 10, and 10. Fries were nowhere to be found.

I visited the Wing Stop restaurant in Overland on September 12, 2024. I placed a walk-in order as I was on my way to another location. However, when I arrived at my destination, I discovered that my order was completely incorrect. It seemed that someone else’s order had been given to me.
I submitted a complaint online a few days later, and I spoke with a representative named Don. Unfortunately, Don handles online orders and was unable to directly assist me with my issue. He informed me that Liz, the General Manager of the Overland location, would reach out to me. However, I have not heard from her yet.
I value customer service, especially when I am spending my money. I believe that professionalism should be a priority in any business.

Food is good as always. Service was a bit lacking as it was super busy and appeared to be behind on orders. Ice machine was completely empty so my drink was like warm. That’s my only qualm.

I order 50 piece family pack to takeout for a meeting.When It was time to eat I took everything out of the bag and found out my fries were burnt and so every piece of my wings. I could go back to ask for a refund or to have them remake it because it was too late. It was a waste of money. They need to hire better cooks. People that really care of the food quality they serving to customers.

Was attempting to pick up order for Door Dash and first was asked if I had been in the store earlier in the day, which I had not. In fact this visit was the very first time I had ever been inside to this Wingstop location. The cashier still refused my pickup for doordash. Had to call doordash and let them know I was refused service. Really made me feel like there was some confusion or mistaken identity? Not sure but I do know I didn’t deserve to be treated badly without explanation as of why they wouldn’t allow me to pickup the order? I do know that I will be letting my friends and family and so on know how I was rudely I was treated without reason.
