Food: I went with 2 other people so we were a three-party table. The wait took roughly 30-35 minutes to receive the food. However, the food came out smoking hot, juicy, tender, and delicious. I got the hot honey rub 5pc tender with a side of fries and a drink. Other than the wait the food was phenomenal, well seasoned and well cooked.
Service: service was good, attentive, and polite. We as a party did not encounter anything negative that we could say. Perfect service!
Atmosphere: I think the overall interior is clean and organized despite the leaking ceiling upon entering and exiting the restaurant. I know this isnt exactly something that they can control despite the recent weather that has swept through the st louis area.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here with the staff, hot delicious juicy food, and an alright environment. We’ll be back for sure! Rock on!
I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. There were no other customers in the store—I was the only one—yet my order was still not prepared. The staff seemed more interested in eating and making food for themselves instead of serving customers.
Even after the order was completed, it was handled very poorly, almost like it was just thrown at us, with no courtesy or explanation. There was no apology, no update, and no customer service.
This level of behavior is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, proper communication, and timely service. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this location at all.
WingStop continues to disappoint on multiple occasions. I always request my food well done, yet it feels like they’ve already decided to serve it however they want. The fries are often cold, and when I order a 10-piece, I’ll get 7 drums and only 3 flats—as if they’re prioritizing other customers’ preferences over fulfilling my order correctly.
Asking for well-done wings is not unreasonable, especially when I’m spending $34. My money is just as important as anyone else’s, and I expect my order to be prepared the way I request
I come here at least once a week, and the problems are consistent: overcrowded, long waits (45 minutes to over an hour), and an unprofessional environment.
This visit was the last straw. I placed an order 30 minutes before closing after getting off work. When I arrived at 12:40 a.m., I was told, “We don’t have your order” and “We’re closed,” even though closing time is 1:00 a.m. My payment had already gone through, and I had the order confirmation ready to show the manager. He refused to look at it, refused to make the food, and refused to address the issue.
When I asked for a refund, I was told they “couldn’t do that” and that I would have to call a number myself to resolve it. No solution was offered in-store.
As I walked back to my car to double-check my confirmation, another employee followed me outside repeatedly saying, “I got something for you,” attempting to offer me ” stuff” for the inconvenience.” I did not want “drugs” I wanted the food I paid for or a refund.
The store smelled strongly of marijuana, and several employees appeared to be treating the location like a hangout rather than a workplace. I have previously witnessed people loitering in things being passed around , and overall behavior that reflects poor management and lack of accountability.
For context, I am a general manager. I understand how POS systems, voids, refunds, and audits work. There is no reason a paying customer should be told to “figure it out” on their own after the store accepts their money.
I will not be returning. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate the issue further to ensure nothing improper occurred.
This was, without question, the most unprofessional experience I have had at a restaurant.
, but we’re worth the wait.
The restaurant could be picked up and the floors and table surfaces could use a good mopping/scrubbing, respectively.
The food was well packaged.
