Absolute joke! Dined there. Asked for forks and knives. She said they don’t have them! Had to eat boneless sauce coated wings with hands. …its flu season, and yes i washed my hands, but not all use their fingers as forks! Asked for napkins. She pointed to a roll of brown paper towels on the counter. One girl preparing food and flipping wings was vaping! The other one at least went outside to smoke every five minutes. How disgusting! Trash all over the counter where there should have been lids, but they probably out of them too. Then one worker sits down at a table in the middle of the restaurant and is on phone talking about other workers and complaining about her job. I hope they have cameras and look at them! I think the health dept would have shut em down! One said manager is not good. Obviously. He should have been there, Valentine’s Day or not!

I’m not one to write reviews, but when it comes to theft and fraud, at least everyone should know about it.
Monday night, I placed 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of fries on the app. When I went to go pick it up, there was a sign on the door saying “out of fries”. Instead of getting me an instant refund, the worker asked if I wanted brownies to replace. Due to the $10 price difference I refused and asked for a refund. She wrote down my order number and last 4 of the card I used. Did not receive the refund. Called Wednesday and asked for the manager on duty who told me he didn’t have anything written down. Took the order number and last 4 of the card used and explained he would call the General Manager. Called again Thursday, different manager that had nothing written down or shown in the office, went through the same process. Friday, new manager, missing information. Saturday, new manager, missing information. Each “manager” stated they would tell GM and I would receive a call the same day, which never happened.
I get it, restaurants run out of supplies. But clearly they are just trying to steal my money and not issue a refund. Keep in mind, these were probably the worst wings I have ever ordered. Not packaged like they normally would be, half were room temp cold like they were pulled from another order, just horrible quality and poor customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. My second time ordering and they messed up my order then hung up on me. Who ever the manager is they should be fired. I better have my refund in 3days and they bet not act like they don’t know. I put it in the instructions and called so who’s messing up. So unprofessional. Please choose another location cuz they suck here. How it say stuff on the receipt but they don’t get it right smh

Update:
It has been a week since I wrote the review and almost 2 weeks since I ordered. Still have not received a refund. I have spoken to 7 different “Managers” in this entire timeframe, yet still every one doesn’t have the order number and last 4 of the card written down like they say they are doing every time I call. Haven’t even received an email or phone call from the automated response that had me fill out the online survey.
This place is just out to steal your money. They do not care about making it right to you. This place is a scam and full of thieves running the show, do not waste your time or money here please.

The last 3 times we’ve ordered Garlic Parm wings they have been dry, over cooked and you can tell they havent changed the grease in a while. How are Garlic parm wings dry? Its supposed to be a Garlic butter type sauce on them. They put dry wings in a box hit with a dash of parm. You walk in and the people at the counter have attitudes for no reason. We wont be back..

Website wait times are horribly inaccurate. It said 10-15 mins but we made a mistake when ordering so we tried to cancel the order right away. Couldn’t cancel online and noone picked up the phone. After trying to call for 30 minutes to cancel the order I decided to go to the store in person. The place was packed with people angry at how long things were taking and it took 10 minutes for me to talk to someone just to cancel the order and they said 1. They hadnt even started on it yet 30 minutes past the advertised pickup time and 2. They can’t cancel the order and I have to go through my bank for a refund. It took a week to get the money back.

There was no napkins, no FORKS, no knives, no utensils at all. The soda I wanted was out, so I told the girl working. She said “oh yeah I guess it is then” and didn’t even bother to change it for the customers. The food wasn’t even warm, fries or the chicken. They were out of the BBQ sauce for chicken. The cooks in the back were coughing up a storm, vaping while cooking, and talking very loudly on speaker phone. There was no trash can out in the dining area, so trash everywhere and a sticky floor. It was absolutely disgusting and filthy and this place should be inspected immediately and should be embarrassed to be apart of such a large business. If the front end was nasty, I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like.

as soon as i walked in jasmine asked me if i ordered online when i said no she told me she wasn’t taking my order and that ill have to order online so i did and once i got my food there was no forks or lids and and the ice machine didn’t work and all the soda machines were nothing but carbonation she also had music blasting and was yelling and singing, other than that food was very good

Ordered 20 classic wings well done and other items. When I got home and opened the containers I had all boneless wings. When called the store to report the problem there was only a pre-recorded random person saying how can I help you. When I asked for a representative or Associate the line was silent.
