Music is a too loud, making it hard for conversation. There bout a 15 minute wait, which isn’t too bad considering it is cooked-to-order. Chicken tenders were 40% grease, however, that made the chicken very moist and plush. It did still taste quite delectable, but the fries were the iceberg for that ship. They were boring and had no flavor. Some didn’t even have any potato in them. There isn’t any pepper or salt for you to season them at all. The ranch makes them edible, with the ranch being quite possibly the best ranch I have had. The honey mustard wasn’t quite the best. It needs a little less of a mustard like taste.
The drink options are limited and the tea is horrendous, furthermore, the cups are foam. Which is bad because the straws are plastic and sharp. They could easily penetrate the cups bottom!

I usually enjoy Wingstop, but this location was a huge disappointment. The wings were abnormally large, nothing like the size or quality Wingstop normally serves. The texture and taste were off, and it honestly didn’t feel like authentic Wingstop wings.
I’ve ordered Wingstop plenty of times from other locations and have never received wings like this. Something was definitely wrong with this order. Being located right by Walmart also raised concerns about sourcing, because these wings did not seem consistent with Wingstop standards.
I’m leaving this review so customers are aware and management can address the quality control issues at this location. Not a good look.

I ordered wing stop today. Never had it. Drove 30 mins from my house to get it, I was soooo excited and I get back home and I have NO ranch, I even paid for extra! I was so excited and now I am utterly disappointed, because I don’t even have ranch at home to use. Broken heart.

As I left the store today at 5:30, I thought “I need to review this place when I get home.” When I logged in and read the previous reviews, I was surprised. Our experience was great from start to finish. In my opinion, service is even more important than taste. We’re at Wingstop after all. We know what it’s supposed to taste like.
The staff were friendly, our wait time was communicated to us. (12 minutes.) The food was hot and fresh. Oh, and did I say the staff were friendly? The place was bustling, everyone was busy. But the store was clean and THE STAFF were FRIENDLY.
We’re from out of town and my hope is that the new stand alone Wingstop opening in our town is this good.

I asked for my wings to be wet, came dry, went inside to try and get them fixed ended up having the lady talk about me behind the counter then continued to tell me i was banned because i stood up for myself.. told me that my wings dried on my way to my car which was a 15-30 second walk.. then i went back inside asked for corporate number which she refused to give to me.. proceeded to leave the store and chase me down in my car and tried fighting me.. man i dont even know what was going on she got all upset cuz SHE messed the order up.. get better employees frl the food is good sometimes but yalls employees be disrespectful as hell

We ordered about 7 different flavors of wings. They came mixed together and nothing was labeled so we’re not sure what anything was. Some of them were just swimming in grease/oil. Others were bland or just flat out gross. Plus the fries were just soggy and had a bad taste

This place is always a hot mess. They’re disorganized, dirty, and unprofessional. Was quoted 16-21 minutes wait and arrived after 30 because we know they’re always running late. Still waited an additional 15 minutes in the store for a total of 45 minutes.
Asked for extra crispy fries and got normal ones. Received all of our items this time but that’s not always the case. We’re never greeted kindly or given good customer service. They always seem irritated that they have to do their job.
Finally got our food after they set the bag with my name on the counter with other prepared orders but didn’t call out the name like they were with others.
As someone who works in food service I know that this is not just a bad/busy day. This is a poorly run, dirty store with employees who don’t care about customer satisfaction. It’s like this every single time we order, and if there was another Wingstop nearby, we’d never come to this one.
