Please be aware this restaurant gave me and my husband food poisoning. We went there. march 2 Monday around 6:30 and I ordered food. I waited for it and I seen it was super quick. It took maybe about 15 minutes for it to be done and it was in a pick up order soon as my husband ate it. He felt sick about 20 minutes after but didn’t think too much of it. I also ate it. It was fine then about 5:30 in the morning we were throwing up and very sick went to the hospital and said we got food poisoning. We didn’t eat nothing else that day just this one restaurant, please watch your family, they do not prepare the food right it is a food hazard specially spoiled chicken or uncooked chicken. Just stop eating here if you guys have any understanding of how terrible food poisoning is was in the hospital for one whole day couldn’t keep water down and still not feeling well. Please be safe and do not eat.

Continue to mess up my orders I don’t order 10 peices I always order 50 -100 wings only to always always be missing something from my order ! Rather it’s 6-10 wings , to fries to ranch ! Then get mad when I call them to complain because the mess up . They literally just forgot to give me all 5 ranches for 60 wings then say come back I’ll give you a large ranch as if that don’t belong to me already . As if I didn’t pay for it already !!
Then I actually was willing To settle for no ranch but then I went to eat my chicken and its beyond cold !!! I called them back she had the manger whom they said is of the whole store for her to tell me the reason it’s cold because they used lots of sauce lady are u crazy that has nothing to do with nothing u had to use very cold sauce ! I wouldn’t dare eat that to get sick she gets mad literally trying to justify there error to say you always have a problem .. that should tell you something !!
Your staff are horrible !!!! I spend way over and well beyound enough money only to get such poor service and low class service it’s sad just sad she had no customer service the rudest manger i have ever spoken to instead of trying to fix it she wants to argue just pathetic !
This is my last time going Back there !!! Her name is Angelica she a horrible non having customer service manger . The sales person don’t understand and can barley speak I have to repeat myself 20 times before she gets the order only to still get it wrong an be missing items then get mad at me how rude .
I no longer wanted to speak with her and politely hung up right in her face I will Never recommend any one place a big order here go else where .
Spend your money and get the worth cause the staff nore then manger or the missing item are worth it !!

I had a really frustrating experience at Wingstop on September 25th, around 9–10 PM, and I feel like it needs to be shared.
I placed an online order ahead of time, thinking it would be ready when I arrived. Instead, I ended up waiting an extra 20+ minutes after my scheduled pickup time. The staff barely acknowledged anyone at the counter, didn’t offer any updates, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. No greeting, no apology, nothing.
I get that it might’ve been a busy night, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like they’re an inconvenience. A simple apology or update would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m not in a rush to come back to this location.

So bad! I came in and ordered, I asked to use the washroom but was not allowed to because they cleaned the floor 30 minutes before closing. The server was rude and would not let me use the bathroom. I will never be back. I’m sure the food will be bad as well as the kitchen employees were out in the lobby area. AWFUL!! I had to come back and add that the counter person was able to give her “friend” food before me as well. “Thank you babe” we’re his words. There are amateurs working a franchise. I’ll visit BWW, thanks.

Ordered here online by accident I called right to cancel, they refused to cancel even tho they knew I was far to pick up. I told them I would dispute with my bank and they hurried to process charge and refunded me half of my total. Will never order from here! They kept my food and half my $$ other wingstops are polite and will refund you if you’re ordered at the wrong location. They can keep their food and half of my $$ but they lost a customer for good.
