This Wingstop needs to be the model for all other locations!! The staff here is always incredibly friendly and efficient. Jenny in particular always serves with a smile and goes the extra mile to make you feel warm and welcomed. The food here is also incredibly consistent and the best Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. I have eaten at Wingstop several times before, but this was my first time at this location. My son loved the boneless chicken wings! I really enjoyed the fries they were fresh and had a sweet/salty seasoning that was delicious! Their card terminal stopped working, and I had to go withdraw cash, but they placed my order, and when I returned, my food was ready. I wish they had at least one vegan option.

I’ve been tracking since, and if I hadn’t called the driver, I would never have known my meal wasn’t going to be delivered. I called the restaurant, and they said they still had my food. 5:00 pm. Things happened, but not notifying the consumer was poor customer service. Ordered at 3:32pm.

Wings are fine, fries are great, but don’t order drinks. It’s carryout only now, with the drink fountain behind a counter and they will make your drinks 15 minutes before the food is ready and it’s so watered down and completely flat.

There was hair cooked into my fries. 2 separate fries were strung together with this piece of hair. I’m utterly disgusted. The ‘person in charge’ told me she was only going to refund for the fries since that’s what had the issue. I had to bargain to get the entire meal refunded. There were so many issues with this situation, but above all I question their sanitary conditions.
