I ordered carry out a few minutes ago and they got my order wrong!? I had ordered 10 mango habanero and 10 Korean barbecue. You know what I got? 10 mango habanero and 10 PLAIN. I am pregnant and was really craving the Korean barbecue boneless chicken! I will never go to this location anymore. I gave my order to my significant other and wont be eating.
And may I add all of my ranch dips were covered with this mystery sauce? And watered down coke! Unbelievable.

Arrived to this Wingstop location approximately about 10:40 p.m. there is one group of three dining at the tables inside the restaurant. Two employees were the only ones working at this location at this time. There is another man sitting in the corner on his computer but he did not order food from what I could see maybe he ordered it and threw it away who knows. Who came out in a very timely manner they look like they were moderately busy people came in and out got their orders. But he was waiting too long they seem to be running very efficient as far as getting orders out. However the ice machine did not have ice the floors were so sticky they felt like somebody poured maple syrup on them and let them sit in the hot sun for a few days. At least most of the tables were clean and I got to sit and relax and tell my order came out. I took my order to go and scooted home a long Devon Avenue. My food was still pretty darn hot as I kept it in my backpack and did a few things before I sat down and ate. I asked for my entire order to be wet that’s the key you should always get wet they put extra sauce and it’s extra flavoring to dip the fries in anyways I ordered the meal deal so you get 20 bonus Wings a large fry two Ranch sauces it usually lasts me about a day or so. I’ll be slamming that food is so good sometimes this order was pretty good and my experience was good I think I’m going to give it another start because the employees handled their own and most times when corporate companies like this screw their employees and make them do tough work for low pay they act a fool but these employees acted pretty good I got to give it to him on this night it was one male one female if the franchise owner of this is reading this you should look when this review was posted and the time and see what employees were working at that time because they are golden.

I ordered here a few couple of times which is my mistake every time I ordered here something was always wrong, I’m disappointed because I ordered large fries and got a regular order 2 ranch and 1 cheese sauce instead I only got 2 cheese no ranch im very much upset I always try to comply with

I called the store and they hung up had to call again just for them to tell me to call uber because there the ones eating my food. This is not acceptable I work at fast food restaurants and this is not the right way to handle customers complaint. Who ever picked up the phone has to be fired didn’t get there name but they would not give me corporate number. Don’t order from here .

The food was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly generous and very welcoming. The food here was served hot and fresh. A worker Rakesh was very nice and very funny, hes super generous. I recommend coming to this wingstop.

I placed a delivery order through the website and never received my order. I called the next day and was told to place another order (just a ranch cup) and they would add the missing food and when I said the total way too high and didn’t meet the online minimum, they told me to place another order larger order. I declined their offer and asked for a refund and was told they would process it. 2 1/2 weeks later; no refund. I called the store to ask for my refund and the worker pretended to not be able to find my order but I had order number and timestamps then he tried to berate and telling me “refund take time” and “calm down.”

Had to ask for my $.09. Felt as if employees thought I wouldn’t notice. Not sure if employees didn’t understand or if they did what was easiest for them.
No, not tipping for dine in fast food; maybe the employees got their “tips” by not giving coins for change???
