Wingstop never disappoints! The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The wings were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—and the seasoning was spot on. Food always hits the spot rather it be during the day or late at night. Only complaint I have is having to come in everytime and their soda machine having almost every drink either out of order or needing to be refilled or watered down. With salty food like this, we need our crisp drinks !!!!

I’ve given this location multiple chances because it’s the closest one to me, but today was my last visit.
I placed an online order around 11:00 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. pickup. I arrived at 11:54 a.m. and stood in the lobby for five full minutes without seeing a single employee. No one at the counter, no greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. The lobby was empty except for one delivery driver who left.
Eventually, someone came out, dropped wings into a fryer, and another employee finally approached me. No apology, no greeting. I gave my name for pickup and was told the order would be another 15 minutes, despite being scheduled for noon.
On top of that, the restaurant was visibly dirty right at opening. The drink station was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. If this is the condition at the start of the day with no customers inside, that’s unacceptable.
The food has been barely edible on past visits, but this experience was the final straw. I left without my order and will be pursuing a refund through corporate or a dispute through my bank. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

They are very slow. This happened to me today — when I went into the store to pick up my order, they told me it would take 10 minutes. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I asked what was going on. The first employee told me it would take another 10 minutes, so I asked her why she didn’t value my time since she had already told me 10 minutes at the beginning. Then the manager stepped in, and they started talking in another language, I think it was Hindi. After that, he told me the order would take 30 minutes to be ready, and if I didn’t like it, I could cancel it — he said it in a very disrespectful way.

Our experience was unacceptable. We ordered wings and drove 30 minutes home, only to find they were hard, dry, and tasted like they’d been sitting for hours. They were completely inedible. Not a single one was touched, and even the sauces were left unopened. We saved all the food and brought it back the next day after work, with every last wing accounted for, expecting a refund. Instead, we were met with resistance and attitude, like they weren’t going to refund us at all. I had to completely get out of character for them to take the issue seriously, which is ridiculous. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to be treated fairly, especially when the problem is so obvious.
